The cable lift snapped so needed the repair. The technician Rolando was efficient, personable, knowledgeable. I am very happy with the job and the person they sent to fix it. They came within 4 hours of reporting the problem. Will use again if needed and will recommend Precision to others.

Keeping it in simple terms, Mark is the reason we chose Precision to install our new garage doors. He is very knowledgeable, precise, and professional. Just when you think that it can't any better, Dave M shows up to begin the install. Dave was very courteous, polite, and also a true professional. Mark visited the job site making sure everything was going well. There was no need to worry with Dave’s work ethics the installation was no less than perfect. Technician showed up early for the appointment. He looked at the issue and thought we might need a new panel. While the office was getting the cost for the new panel he decided to try a repair he thought would work. In about 10 minutes he found a solution that allowed me not to have to purchase a new panel. Technician was professional and found a way to fix my problem and save me some money. I found Precision doing a Google search and reading some of the reviews.

Kelly came after the appointed time but was able to see the problem and make a temporary fix. He had to order the part and is coming back on 12/30 between 1 and 3. There was some confusion in that he called to notify me that he rec'd the part and I kept calling the office number and he did call back and I was able to contact him and set up a appointment.

Rolando came out right on time, inspected our broken garage door and provided us with options. Once we selected the work to be done, Rolando set about his business and was done in short order. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. The garage door works great and we're very pleased. Rolando and Precision saved the day!
