The springs in our garage door was busted. We chose Precision based on other customer references. Appt set up and Customer Technician, Jay Jannaccio came out yesterday. Jay was exceptional. It was quite evident that he knew what needed to be done. He provided an upfront cost for the repair and completed project in the time he estimated. We had never used Precision before, but with professional, knowledgeable and honest technician, like Jay, I highly recommend this Company.

I am actually very unhappy with your "service".Please correct your records. I received an invoice from you. I did not cancel the appointment: scheduled 3-5pm. Your man, Chet Shrader, called at around 3:45 to let me know that he would arrive between 5:30 -6 pm. I could not meet him at that time. So, the correct statement on the invoice should be: the repairman did not show up during the time of appointment. Of course the balance on invoice is $0. For zero service and respect for your customers.

Chet was our service technician and he was courteous, prompt, and professional. He went out of his way to explain the repair service that was completed on our garage door which I appreciated. The door works better than ever and I especially like the safety feature on the door springs, a feature that was missing on the original installation. I chose Precision based largely on the appearance of web page which is attractive, easy to navigate, and informative of the staff of technicians.

Jay was my technician. He called 20 minutes before arriving. He showed up early and went to work. He immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. He took care of the problem in less than an hour. Jay was very knowledgeable and courteous and was in and out as quickly as possible. I recommend Precision to anyone having garage door problems.

I chose Precision because they were the only ones locally that repaired residential garage doors. When I called to make the appointment the person was very polite she did let me know that the fee to come out to put the bolts that fell out is $100 plus and that included an inspection (which I did not need because the opener was only 3 years old) and then labor on top of that to do the work. Unfortunately I had not many options. Jay arrived early which is great and was very nice and professional he was there about 30 minutes or less and put the bolts back into the arm. He presented me with the invoice for $190.00. I was not surprised as I was warned when I made the appointment. The gentleman looked uncomfortable presenting that fee as well. The price for this service is excessive and although everyone was very nice I would not recommend you to anyone if they have an option because of the excessive charges. If you do read my comments and can consider changing the cost for today it would be much appreciated.

I chose Precision to service our garage door because I was impressed with the website detail – particularly the many positive reviews. I was also impressed subsequently with the detailed email confirmation that I received, including the name and picture of the technician who would provide service. Ed Dombrowski replaced the cables for our garage door. The whole experience was easy, efficient, and cordial. Ed analyzed all aspects of the door and informed us that only the cables needed repair - that everything else looked fine. In addition, the young lady who scheduled the work was most cordial and accommodating. When I informed her that the original suggested date would not need my schedule, she checked with the supervisor and arranged for a better time. The whole experience could not have been easier. I would highly recommend this company!

Phenomenal service! Put in a service request first thing in the morning for a broken pulley, received a call to set up the appointment within the hour and got an appointment for the afternoon. Got a call from Jay the service tech that he could come earlier than scheduled which was even better. Jay was a true professional, he assessed the repair, presented me with a few different options, didn't pressure me by trying to upsell to the most expensive option. I ended up deciding on having the cables, pulleys and springs all replaced; Jay had the job done in under an hour and the result was perfect. He even adjusted the belt tension on both of my openers free of charge. I would not hesitate to hire Precision again for any other repair needs in the future.

I found Precision in the yellow pages and was comfortable with the agent who answered the phone. The appointment process was simple and I was impressed with knowing ahead who my repair person would be including his photo on the web site. The work was quick and professional. Ed Dombrowski is a real pro and very pleasant to deal with. I must admit to sticker shock but that may be because of my age as I remember what it cost for parts when the equipment was last serviced. I would recommend Precision but advise client to fully understand the charges.
