5 stars, basically for your service tech, Chet, called before he got here, got here on time, did a very competent inspection of the 2 doors, made recommendations, did the work and was gone in less than 1 1/2 hours.

I would highly recommend Precision garage door. They were able to come out the same day when my door broke and was in the open position. I was leaving for the weekend and they came right out. After looking at the door it was determined that I needed a new door (mine was 50 years old). They gave me an estimate right then. I called later and scheduled a replacement door which took 3 weeks to come in. Then it was installed easily and professionally and looks great!

Schedule my initial appointment thru a lady named Amber, who was a seasoned professional. I asked for an appointment for the next day, and she made it happen. Asked numerous questions and she answered them all. When the technician, Chet Shrader, arrived, he listened intently as I explained the problems, then I said that I wanted both lift cables replaced. Ended up getting the full door overhaul package, and am so happy that I did. The door now sounds very quiet and seems to be operating effortlessly. Chet works fast and knows exactly what he is doing. This professional is better qualified than any overhead installer I have ever known, and I have known some. When we are ready to start on the other door, Precision will be unquestionably be called first. We will ask for Chet. The quality of Precision's replacement parts is tops.

One of the springs broke on one of my garage doors. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. Technicians called and arrived about 20 minutes early, examined the door with the broken spring and also pointed out fraying cables and issues on the other door. Fixed both doors and while the invoice was twice what I had planned, after 25 years of use, both doors needed to be fixed and updated. We are very pleased with everything except the lack of a "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" special. I have used Precision three times now (twice for my daughter and once for us) and I wouldn't use anyone else.

He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. Although I did not go with your company, I would still recommend you. The only reason I choose another company was the time frame for the completion. You gave a very competitive quote, slightly higher but within the expected spending range. Your salesman was very thorough an honest in his evaluation and I did feel that I could trust him. The reviews are true. I called to make an appointment at 11am and they had two time slots available later that day. The tech arrived was able to come early and that worked for me. The tech was friendly, efficient and able to explain and answer questions. Should I ever need to, I'll be calling again.
