Our service technician arrived as promised. He found what was causing the problem. We had a new Liftmaster belt installed. Job was complete in less than 2 hours What a difference! So quiet. He was very efficient and nice. I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door again!

Nice Job! My Garage Door broke around 6pm Friday evening. I contacted Precision that evening. The call center took my request and got it arranged quickly. The following day everything went as planned. Ed was there early morning and was in an out without any issues.

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service! They scheduled me right away, the technician (Dave) was prompt and courteous, and the work was completed in under an hour. My garage door is much quieter now, and it opens and closes smoothly. Dave even added a new rubber strip to the bottom so it closes perfectly, with no gaps or light coming through (the old strip was probably 20+ years old). Replaced everything but the door itself. Very happy -- 5 stars!

Service guy Ron was very knowledgeable. Although we called to have the garage door opener repaired, we ended up having the whole system replaced due to Ron's recommendation. I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me something I did not need, just wanted to do the best for the customer.
