My garage door was tired and broken so I called Precision and scheduled a service call. They sent a technician that was everything that word suggests. He replaced my old opener with a new one and serviced my other opener expertly and I am completely satisfied with everything done.

Cables had come off overhead door when door bound up while closing(automatic door opener). Technician Ed Dombrowski replaced cables with new, and reset. Door was still binding slightly, so Ed checked level, adjusted rails, reset spring tension and lubricated all. Prompt, friendly, informative and thorough job start to finish. I would definitely recommend!

This is my second time using Precision Door, Their team is professional, arrived right on time and completed the work quickly. Beware of the "service fee" of over $100 which is not waived or applied to the total bill. Usually, companies charge to send someone out, and if you have work done, they apply the fee to the bill. Not here. I was charged the $100 service fee and $100 for labor. will not do this again.
Thank you for your review. It is our policy to charge a service fee. This service fee allows us to provide for our technician to arrive in a fully stocked van (we typically complete 97% of all service jobs in one visit do to the fact we come prepared) and to provide a complete safety inspections of each door with a report documenting our findings and our suggestions. We also provide three options to resolve your issues. We do, however, provide a coupon on our website that waives the service fee if we provide $350 of service. We do understand that this model does not fit all customer's expectations, but our overwhelmingly large 5-star rating counts on all review sites suggests that most customers appreciate our serviceand understand our pricing.

I just had an estimate completed by a member of your company, Jay Jannaccio. I was impressed immediately when he showed up exactly at the time he specified. He asked a few questions, took his measurements, and was quickly able to produce an estimate with several options for me to consider. He was polite and professional. 5 Stars Ed the technician who came to assess the problem was great. He called to let me know he would be late. He found the problem was installation related and advocated for us so that there was no charge even though the door was installed 4 years ago. Because of the excellent customer service I asked him for an estimate for a new garage door and we are considering replacing the door.

I search for a company to replace my broken garage door on Home Advisor and Precision Door came up as the default business. I read several reviews, the majority of which were positive. So, I ordered my door from Precision. There was one hiccup when my door was installed. The hiccup was that one of the panels had a crease on it. I informed Precision about this matter and it was resolved. Precision replaced the panel with a new one. The door now looks great and the garage door opener I ordered with the door works fine. I found the company to be very professional and responsive.
