I called for service early in the day of Storm Eugene. Within a couple of hours my call was returned and an appointment was made for the morning of the next day. Dave, the technician, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. I am very satisfied with the service of Precision and would readily recommend them.

I am completely satisfied with Precision Door Service! They scheduled me right away, the technician (Dave) was prompt and courteous, and the work was completed in under an hour. My garage door is much quieter now, and it opens and closes smoothly. Dave even added a new rubber strip to the bottom so it closes perfectly, with no gaps or light coming through (the old strip was probably 20+ years old). Replaced everything but the door itself. Very happy -- 5 stars!
