The service representative that came to my house, Dominic, was very professional, fixed the issues he was able to address (staying within my current budget) in a very short amount of time, and took time to explain what my longer term issues were and what my options are. I would recommend this company's services to others. Although there is a base service charge just to come to the home to diagnose the issues, we did have the issues corrected, the charges to actually make the repairs were very reasonable and mainly I found the base service charge to be common across all of their garage repair competitors.

Recently I was the “recipient” of a failed garage door spring and cable(on 1 of 2 doors). As luck would have it, it happened on a Saturday. So I “surfed” the web and came upon Precision Door Company. Called and set up an appointment for following Monday. The Tech, Ed Dombrowski, arrived promptly on schedule. He was very friendly and sociable. He immediately assessed the situation and we discussed the work to be done. Based on his recommendation I decided to have the spring and cable replaced on the second door as well. And I was never so glad I did. He wasted no time making the repairs. I appreciated very much Ed’s expertise, recommendations and excellent work ethics. I’ve put Precision Door on “speed dial” on my phone and look forward to calling on them for all my future garage door repairs/replacements, thanks to Ed!

Orlando, our installer, was super helpful. He came early and got the door in quickly, and when it was all in place, he explained how everything works, and helped us set the passcode on the outside code box. It's been a while since I had a new garage door installed, and was pleased that this one was ultra-quiet, and even has an app for remote access. I made a good decision to choose Precision for our needs.

I had called another door company who said he would call me the next day and never did. I called Precision and they made the appointment for 3 days later. Unfountionaly we needed a new door. We were told 6 to 8 weeks out for the door to come in and the tech was able to fix it enough to work. The door came in in 5 weeks even with a change order we made. Juan was at the house around 8:00 and was done by noon. Everyone was prompt and professional and very helpful through the whole process. Would recommend the company for any garage door needs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. I was very pleased with work done installing my new garage door. Your installer did an outstanding job! We live at the shore and he had to work during one of those driving rain and strong winds days. We actually thought about canceling, but the office and installer both said it was not a problem. Definitely looked challenging to us, but he went right to work and completed in estimated time. Cannot remember his name, but looks like “Aolo” on invoice. Very polite and answered all questions and cleaned up workspace well. Definitely would recommend your company after this installation and previous work done by “Chet” .

Our new doors are a stunning improvement over our old ones. We are very pleased with the upgrade to our property. It is also nice to have new, quieter garage door openers. Nice! Rolando, who installed our doors, was systematic and painstaking in the care he took to set up the job properly. He was conscientious about keeping his work zone scrupulously tidy and organized. It was a pleasure to look in on him at various points during the installation and see everything looking shipshape. And to add to all of that, he came out and worked hard on the coldest day of the year, without a single complaint. What a guy!

Extremely pleased with the experience. Our technician (Chet) called to let us know that he was on his way approximately 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival, he came in, introduced himself and went out to the garage to determine what our problem was. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a detailed explanation and provided several options for us to have the problem repaired. After we decided what we wanted, he quoted a price and set to work. About two hours later, he was finished and then walked us through the new set up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Precision and have already told two people about our excellent experience. There were other services performed and additional products but the opener was the major install.
