Everything was explained clearly and we now await a replacement door. I appreciated getting the written invoice immediately as well as an emailed invoice very shortly after. Had Chet come out on Saturday to give an estimate on replacing my (2) garage doors. Chet was very informative in answering y questions about what I was looking for in replacement. Having used your company in the past I was confident in you meeting my needs. However, as I was given the price quote for door replacement I realized as a senior retired person I could not afford the price given. Having other bills to meet I would not be able to get involved in an installment plan. I was hoping for either a senior discount price that I could afford($1800) and or be willing to use my house for your benefit to showcase for marketing and advertisement to potential clients.

My husband found your listing in the yellow pages. I called and made an appointment (the girl that took my info was great). We got an appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon with Jacob. He called to let me know he was on his way and he got here closer to the 10:00 time. Jacob was great. My husband was very satisfied with the work he performed. He replaced the springs on our garage door. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He came in the house afterwards so I could pay him. I was very impressed with him. Great personality and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs any work done or new doors, etc. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.
