Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Just moved into a condo and a couple of days later garage door did not work. I made a call to Precision and they made appointment promptly. Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

Doors were even better than anticipated (very high-end look) and Precision Door was very easy to work with. I made changes after the order was placed and they were very accommodating. I can’t say enough about the service we received from your company, especially your technician, Chet. He was very professional. Knowledgeable, and personable. Our home was going on the market. We had already moved 600 hundred miles away. We received a call from a family member that the spring broke on the garage door and was not working. I googled overhead garage doors and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website and the reviews. One call and a technician, Chet, was there doing garage door repair. We didn’t need to have the whole door replaced! Chet was polite, knowledgeable and thorough with his initial evaluation and his explanation of what he did and how the new equipment works.
