Ron Lecours has worked for Precision Door for over 12 years. Although Ron is the General Manager, he continues to work in the field when needed. He enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and golf. He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Ron has worked for a few different Precision Door franchises. He attended Lyndon State College for two years with a double major in ski resort management and marketing.

I researched online until I found what we were looking for in a company. Was disappointed when the original tech was a no show for whatever reasons but when Ron showed up 7 hrs later to do the job, he did a wonderful professional job. His time was on the money and we are very happy. Thank you. We will refer the company but not the tech that didn't show.

RON GAVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE CAME ON TIME AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH OUR DOOR. WE HAD NEW SPRINGS AND A NEW MOTOR INSTALLATION HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPAINLING HOW EVERYTHING WORKED AND ALL ABOUT OUR WARRENTY WE DIDN'T REALIZE HOW OLD OUR OLD INSTALLATION WAS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND YOUR COMPANY

Hello, I chose your company purely by your web site. I loved that you put all of the pictures of the technicians in along with their reviews. Such a great idea today when people are a bit afraid to have strangers come to the house! Let me say that technician Ron Lecours was outstanding. He gave my husband and I all the options of repair immediately. He clearly had knowledge of our particular door and we were VERY comfortable that the door would be fixed well. And it sure was!!!! I will recommend you to all of our neighbors whose overhead doors are about the same age as ours!!

I found the company on the internet, and they had some good reviews. Not knowing any other garage door companies, I decided to give them a try. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window for the appointment, and gave me a few different options for repair. The work took about a half hour. I think the price may have been a little high, but they did waive the fee for the service call, so as long as the work and parts hold up, I am satisfied.

The ability to book an appointment and the 24/7 service availability was a major reason for choosing Precision. One impressive service is notifying you ahead of time who the tech will be and a picture id of the individual! My garage opener needed to be replaced. My garage door is better than new. I was surprised and skeptical when your technician described the shape my door was in -- it was only 4 years old. However, now that it has quality parts it works better than when it was new and is so quiet that I can't believe how cheap the parts were that came with my door.
