5 Star rating for Ron. Ron called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on the scheduled time. He was friendly and explained all the repair options. I chose to have the springs, pulleys, rollers, and cables replaced. It seems to me that their replacement parts are better quality than you would get at a local store, had I done the repairs myself. The Repairs, lubrication, and operational check were complete in less than an hour. Everything was cleaned up nice when he finished. I'm very happy with the service Ron provided.

Ron showed up on time, identified frayed cables in addition to the broken spring, explained the various repair options and the costs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, heavier cables, new pulleys and rollers and 5 year warranty). Great improvement!

Called to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and ready to perform the service. Their truck was pretty dingy and dirty but their staff was first rate. The did the job in a very professional manner and the pricing was fair and honest. They noticed the door was fairly old and suggested a new door with all new hardware. That wasn't in the cards for me that day but there was no problem. They installed 2 new torsion springs...a job that is anything but DIY! Tested everything and fixed some other problems with loose or missing screws in the door. They were out of here in under an hour. Great company! Great service! They should wash the truck more often...not that I'm hung up on this but visually it's appearance does not connote the quality of this firm. Highly recommended!

We were pleased and impressed with the service provided by Ron Lecours. He called us to say he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He was very articulate and helpful, explaining the benefits and differences between an AC and DC motor system. We selected the DC system because it is the most quiet. Ron Lecours was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation. He patiently answered all of our questions, and covered all of the financial details.
