Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving. Based on online research, I called Precision Door Service after coming home and finding one of my door springs broken. Setting of appointment was quick and easy, with very reasonable service date. As confirmed in email confirmation, I received message from technician, Chet, confirming arrival right in the middle of the time window that was provided. Chet was courteous and professional. He outlined the issues that he found and provided options to consider. I was very comfortable with explanations provided and proceeded with rebuilding balancing systems on both doors. Chet completed the work in the timeframe outlined and reviewed the work with me when completed. I now have garage doors that sound brand new. My operators are aging but still working so I didn't replace them. When needed I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Service to have them replaced.
