The company has a fantastic way to schedule appointments, even in the evening and on weekend for an upcoming weekday. We were able to request and have Chet, the technician who is done installation on our doors, be the person to take a look at our problem. As before, he was very efficient and helpful, explaining all the details to us. He has extensive knowledge with the openers for our unusual vertical lift heavy wood barn doors. Access to his abilities one of the many reasons to use this company. I strongly recommend this company, we have used them for several years.

Chet came to my house a second time to give me a complete rundown of what was involved in replacing both my garage door and opener. He was thorough, detailed, informative, professional and courteous. Chet answered any questions I had and some I hadn’t thought of. I felt confident and comfortable in ordering both a new garage door and opener. Excellent customer service experience.

Chet was very prompt and explained what repairs would be done and the price upon completion. He explained in detail what was to be done and what to look for as the system is getting old. I have used Precision before and will continue to use them in the future if needed.

Your representative Chet Shroder came to replace a broken spring in our 40 year old garage door and after courteously pointing out other issues that deserved consideration, left with an order for a new door. He knows his stuff and is a great asset to your company. Sincerely, W. Clark Dean

Chet, the technician assigned to us, was very helpful, professional, and understanding. We had purchased the garage door from Precision less than a year ago, and we were happy with the quality product. Recently, we had a minor issue with how it was opening, but our garage door is working well again. Definitely five stars! Thank you.

I chose them because they literally answered their phone. A few other places directed me to go online and make an appt. If I had the ability at that moment to go online I would have. A young man named Chet showed up at my house about an hour later. He thoroughly explained my issue and how to fix it. We came to an agreement as to how much it was going to cost me and he resolved my garage issues. The pricing was very fair and he was done in no time. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech than Chet who in my opinion went above and beyond for me.

He had everything he needed with him and the garage door was fixed before we knew it. We even got new openers and an option to use our mobile phones. Chet was wonderful and we would recommend the service to anyone.

We’ve been using precision for several years. We have two large heavy doors in our barn, and they did a fantastic job with overhauling the springs. And we have continued to use them for annual maintenance. Very efficient and professional scheduling. The service technician, Chet, has been with us since the beginning, and does a wonderful job of making sure all of our questions are answered, and that things are working to perfection.
