One of the springs broke on one of my garage doors. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. Technicians called and arrived about 20 minutes early, examined the door with the broken spring and also pointed out fraying cables and issues on the other door. Fixed both doors and while the invoice was twice what I had planned, after 25 years of use, both doors needed to be fixed and updated. We are very pleased with everything except the lack of a "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" special. I have used Precision three times now (twice for my daughter and once for us) and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision. Ed came over and was very professional, direct and friendly. He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. I had ANOTHER company out who seemed to focus on selling me a new motor without doing legitimate diagnosis. Well . . .
