Your company popped up and what impressed me was that you had customer service reps on the actual phone on a Saturday! She set up the time for your guy Ed to come over today, Mon. 12/11. One of the springs broke on one of my garage doors. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. Technicians called and arrived about 20 minutes early, examined the door with the broken spring and also pointed out fraying cables and issues on the other door. Fixed both doors and while the invoice was twice what I had planned, after 25 years of use, both doors needed to be fixed and updated. We are very pleased with everything except the lack of a "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" special. I have used Precision three times now (twice for my daughter and once for us) and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision. Ed came over and was very professional, direct and friendly. He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. I had ANOTHER company out who seemed to focus on selling me a new motor without doing legitimate diagnosis. Well . . . I called Precision to get a second opinion and sure enough my instincts were right. First time for everything. I did NOT need a new motor.

Garage door was stuck and would not close. I could not leave my house open to the elements. On top of that, had an afternoon wedding to attend. When I called Precision they had no techs available until the next day. I explained my dilemna and the had a tech at my house within the hour. They secured my garage and gave me a great quote to repair or replace. Job well done with impeccable service!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service we received from Precision. The technician assigned (Ed Dombrowski) gave us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know that he was en-route. He arrived on time and was both friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Not only was the job done to our complete satisfaction, Ed also took the time to explain what and why he was doing and also answered any questions that came up.
