Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

Chet was polite, knowledgeable and thorough with his initial evaluation and his explanation of what he did and how the new equipment works.
