The scheduled service was a routine maintenance call, which is not listed in this review response. You rescheduled the call but sent me an invoice saying that I had cancelled it - not true, and confusing. You cancelled, not me. You agreed to make the rescheduled call on Friday between 8-9 AM, but when I phoned you said it was 8-12 AM - not true, and confusing again. I won't be home after 10 AM Friday.

I made a appointment, and had to wait two weeks for it. The day of the appointment (at the time of the appointment) got a call to say they couldn't make it. And, I would have to make another appointment. So, I called that evening. They said they would call the next morning. They called at 3:30 and asked if between 12 & 2:00 was Ok. It wasn't. So, I was told to call and make another appointment. I'm not going for another two week wait. It's time to look for another company!!! Toni Clark

I had been meaning to have our two garage doors serviced, and kept putting it off. Then a few days ago one of the doors opened half way and stopped! The motor ran, but the door wouldn't move. The bearing for the sprocket for the chain drive had just worn out. I found Precision on line, and gave them a call. They came out the next day. The technician, Chet, was great. He evaluated both doors and confirmed my suspicions that these 25 year old doors needed a lot of work. He replaced the worn out opener, and the springs and rollers on both doors. He corrected some old work, and gave me a number of tips for things I could take care of myself and save some money. Although he didn't get to my house until 4:00, (I was his last call of the day) he stayed until all the work was done and I was satisfied. The new opener works perfectly, and both doors should be good for many more years. I would recommend Precision without reservation!

Technician "Jay" demonstrated his knowledge not only in the repair of my garage door but also in educating me on how the system operated. Had I made this appointment with Precision sooner I could have save additional expense instead of following advice of others. As I told Jay, "I'd rather wait for the service of a company that is dependable, has integrity, reliability and knowledge rather than instant gratification of a company without.

I had used Precision before to replace the door rollers. This time I found Jay to be professional, personable and knowledgeable. Jay found the problem within 5 minutes and replaced the opening system within a reasonable period of time. I would contact Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

Just had our garage door completely overhauled today and replaced all parts, except motor and chain. Ed was our service repairman and gave my husband a choice as to what our options are. Even though we both had sticker shock when he gave us our price options, Ed was very helpful in reviewing our best option and we accepted it. That was the full repair with a 7 year warranty. Ed did an excellent job in replacing all the moving parts, testing it, making sure that it not only closed properly but adjusted the motor so it closed completely to the ground so no opening was observed (which we had before the repair). Ken, my husband, said Ed was friendly, extremely knowledgeable not only in your product quality but in what we probably would be facing with a competitor. We know you are dependable since we used you years before with Paul (per our notes). PS- we are in the middle of a renovation, the garage was full of boxes and he took the time to help me temporarily remove what we had to move, to the driveway and back, so he could do the job properly.

Chet was the technician who serviced and repaired our garage door. He was very profession in every way. He pointed out the weaknesses in our garage door and estimated the cost for the parts and labor necessary to have our door work smoothly and safely again. He completed the required work efficiently. I chose Precision after review of their website indicating around the clock service. The hardware of the door opener had corroded due to rust on track caused by faulty installation of vinyl siding which allowed water leakage. The cable snapped from the rusted spring. The technician Ed explained in detail what the issue was and quoted the required work upfront. I was very satisfied with the experience from scheduling the appointment to the quality of work performed. I highly recommend Precision.

I was amazed with the fast service. I called and they were at my door the very next day. My tech was Chet and very knowledgeable and went threw the process with me and than asked if I had any questions or concerns. He went right to work and approximately 1hour later Chet had my overhead door back working. He replaced the cables adjusted fixtures and replaced broken rollers. I’m so glad I called Precision Depenable And great service. Thank You Chet you were excellent and a prefect Gentleman. I would recommend you and Precision and time. Had new rollers and weather seals installed ... Jay our technician was just wonderful. Good communicator and very professional. Will be back if something else is needed. Don't hesitate to call on Precision Door !!
