Great experience with Precision purchasing new garage doors. We originally got a quote from a big box store, who called our garage "strange" and made it seem that it was going to be a difficult job and would take a month before they would be installed. Called Precision and they were much more professional and knew they could do the job without a problem. And Ray arrived on time, was very friendly, did a wonderful job on our doors. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

We just bought a new garage door from Precision Garage Doors and we were exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. The office person gave me all the information I needed to pick the door I wanted. i was given a date for a technician to come to look at the garage and give us a price. He reviewed all the options very carefully with us, and we chose one. A few days later, i changed my mind on the style and color of the dooe. I called the company and there was no problem with that. The door was fabricated and a technician came to install it within about two weeks from the original orer. The technician, Ray, was really competent, and very helpful in reviewing all the features, and how to use the keypad, remote etc. The icing on the cake was the senior citizen discount that was offered. All in all, very pleased with our experience with Precision Gatage doors.

Technician Don Holden was very polite and professional. He called ahead to let me know that he was running late. Don figured out what was wrong with my garage door opener, and quickly fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the work he performed.

Briefly, our family was on vacation while Ray removed our old garage doors and installed two new garage doors. Alex performed a detailed safety and operational evaluation of my garage door assembly and soon identified the defective components. He thoroughly explained the function and importance of replacing these items (springs). He then effectively completed the replacement of the springs and rigged the cables. He subsequently performed an operational check to assure everything was operating correctly. I was greatly impressed with Alex's professional manner, knowledge and courtesy.

The spring on my garage door broke on the 4th of July trapping my car in the garage. I made an appointment with this company because they had a call center open taking appointments.
