Your technician was a little late and seemed to be in a hurry. He complained that he had something going on tonight and wanted to get home. He may have known a lot about garage doors, but certainly didn't want to spend the time to talk to me about them. The lady at your office (Candy I believe) wasn't in much a better mood. I hope I caught these people on a bad day. The door does work now and is pretty quiet -- as the tech promised it would be.

I am very sorry to hear that your experience with us did not live up to our customer service standards. I have spoken to Ryan about his attitude and he understands that he can not share is frustrations with customers and should treat all customers the way he'd want to be treated. I called Tuesday after 5 p.m. and Ron was at my house Wednesday at 9 a.m.- talk about prompt! Plus, Ron taught me about how the parts of the garage door work so I could understand his repairs. Lastly, he suggested a keypad - something I would not have thought of!

Your technician was not at all pleasant. He was late and did not apologize. He also looked like he'd just rolled out of bed (with his work clothes on). Please do not ever send him out to my house again.

I was very satisfied with my technician's service, however, I was disappointed with Precision Door. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the door to arrive, yet it took 4 weeks -- you never followed up. I had to do all the follow-up.

1. Technician arrived at my house when he said he would. 2. In less than 10 minutes knew what the problems were and how to fix. 3. He had the motor and the other problems fixed in about 90 minutes. 4. Great experience with this company.

5 stars. I had used another local company in the past but they left the business. I saw your company's name come up on the Internet with a good customer review. I had a repair done to my lift master. It ended up needing a circuit board. Paul the technician was a very friendly, knowledgeable worker and worked hard to get the job done right.
