This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I called on Wednesday and was given an appointment the very next day. The technician, Brian, arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, inspected the door, explained what he would do, and completed the repair in less than half an hour. He was very pleasant to deal with and the door now works fine. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work performed.

We had our doors tuned-up and replaced the 25 year old rollers replaced with their ultra-quiet, sealed rollers. What a difference. Smooth operation and it is actually ultra-quiet. Service tech was on time, courteous and worked quickly. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the quick and courteous service I received on my garage door opener repair. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed. I know it is impossible to stock every part for every garage door opener, but the most unpleasant part of my experience was trying to order the new circuit board that was needed. If it is possible for you to actually order the part, my total experience would have been better. But the job the technician did of diagnosing the problem and installing the new board was excellent.

I rate you 5 stars. The garage doors are beautiful and the technician (Ray) did a great job right down to the cleanup he did at the end of the job. He also gave a thorough explanation of how the doors work (quite different from the old ones) and explained the operation of the remotes and the external security key pad. I would certainly recommend Prcision Door.

I scheduled a consultation with a rep from Precision, Paul H., He called ahead of time to let me know he was running late. Very much appreciated. He showed up and provided me with estimates to replace the doors and to repair them. I decided on refurbishing the doors hardware, cables, rollers and springs. Made an appointment for two days later. Paul returned on time and did the work in a timely manner. The doors work great and are the quietest they have been in the 20 years I have owned the house. The cost was not inexpensive, but considering it is an investment that I use daily, I think in the long run I will continue to be glad I had the work done. Paul is the consummate professional. He could teach classes on how to service customers.

I was scheduled for 10 - 12AM on a Saturday and the technician (Paul) was there right at 10AM. Paul definitely knew his business! In less than an hour my garage door springs were replaced and I was back in business! It was a pleasure to have someone immediately answer the phone, listen to your concern and be able to schedule you for the next day. I even recieved a confirmation email with a picture of the technician that is scheduled to perform the work. I wil definitely use this company again if I have another problem! Top notch business!

Average service but a little pricey for me. Replaced both sensors that fixed the problem, all of 20 minutes work, price $200. I notice on your web site you give senior and military discounts, that was not mentioned.

Installer did a good job, but appointment time was not met. The evening before I received a phone call to set up a date and time. It was scheduled for 9 am next morning, installer called before 8am that he is at the property already and the door is coming in in 15 min. I had to re-arrange my plans and be there much earlier than anticipated.

I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We try very hard to provide time frames that the customer can work with. Sometimes traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, etc. prevent us from keeping/meeting the time frame. In this case the installer had a traffic free ride through Hartford -- not something that happens everyday. As a result he was a bit early. When we set up installation appointments we typically do give a time range that starts off at 8 am... perhaps the office people didn't state that the installer could be there as early as 8am.We are truly sorry for any inconvenience .

Yesterday, 5/19/2015, Don repaired my old, broken down garage door in the rain, heat and mosquito's with a GREAT personality....determined to get the job done! The garage door was a mess before he started, probably the original door from when the house was built, in 1950, but when Don was done, Wow, what a Great looking "Precision" garage door I have on there now! Don has a terrific personality, a great ambition to get the job done and your Company is lucky to have him.....I recommend anyone to call this Company for a Garage door repair and ask to have Don do the work....I am now the owner of the Coolest white garage door of the ugliest garage on Midian Ave. in Windsor, Ct. 5 stars. Ray arrived promptly at 9am and by 1:30pm he completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased with the finish product. He alone took down the old doors, reframed where necessary and installed the 2 new doors and cleaned up, all in 4 and a half hours. He did an excellent job considering the challenge this job entailed because my garage is slightly tilted. Thank you very much.
