The ability to book an appointment and the 24/7 service availability was a major reason for choosing Precision. One impressive service is notifying you ahead of time who the tech will be and a picture id of the individual! My garage opener needed to be replaced. Ron Lecours was friendly, on time, professional, helped me to chose the right products and explained all the functions. I was very happy with the service from my phone call to the repair. My garage door was badly in need of new rollers.And I was about to look into a garage door service soon when I almost immediately received an offer from AAA. It was for a garage door tune-up with replacement rollers...Perfect! So they set up an appointment in only 4 days with a window time of from 5-7PM..The service technician (Brian Fisher)was there at 4:45 and finished doing an excellent job in around 1/2 hour..Nice and quiet door..Very satisfied.. I called Precision because your ad said same day service, certified and fully insured technicians. Although you were unable to come the same day, the technician came the following day to fix the springs, cables and rollers. Great job by Brian [Ray helped too.] Explained everything. Looks great. Lots of comments on the color. Everything is working fine so far. The only issue I had is minor and that was I was given non-800 numbers [i.e. I assume they were regular long-distance] to call to respond to messages from the office.

I found the company on the internet, and they had some good reviews. Not knowing any other garage door companies, I decided to give them a try. The technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window for the appointment, and gave me a few different options for repair. The work took about a half hour. I think the price may have been a little high, but they did waive the fee for the service call, so as long as the work and parts hold up, I am satisfied.
