My garage door is better than new. I was surprised and skeptical when your technician described the shape my door was in -- it was only 4 years old. However, now that it has quality parts it works better than when it was new and is so quiet that I can't believe how cheap the parts were that came with my door. I love my new doors. Ray was excellent. He spent 10 minutes cleaning the doors after he installed them. I expected to have nice looking doors, but this went beyond my expectations. After he was finished with everthing he spent time reviewing how the door worked and how to maintain it and made sure that I understood everything before he left. I would reccommend your company and Ray to anybody who needs a new door.

Thanks for fixing my door. It works well and is as quiet as new. I was surprised at the expense, but the 7 year warranty is what sold me. If you guys stand behind the warranty I will feel it was money well spent.
