Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving. Your company is so over priced I would never recommend you to anyone. I had a set of photo eyes installed and a set of brackets for the photo eyes and it costed me $408.77 ridiculous the guy was here 1/2 hour tops. I understand the price of gas has gone up but come on. $408.77 that is highway robbery!!!

In this case, you were given a detailed estimate with pricing for this project and you explicitly approved the work before we did anything. I am sorry that you now feel that pricing - which you agreed to - doesn’t align with your budget, but you did choose to move ahead with the project. Like many home improvement companies, you can purchase individual parts from a variety of different stores, but what you are really paying for is the training, experience, insight, and expertise of our technicians.

From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)

Rich was just an awesome individual who diagnosed the problem, communicating what needed to be done to correct the problem and once given the ok to do the work, he proceeded to do the repairs in a timely fashion. A true professional to say the least. I would like to mention that I had a 12 to 2 window but he called and stated he could be here for 10:30. That is what I call service.

He was able to provide a reasonable diagnosis of our situation and we decided to go with a complete replacement. Based on online research, I called Precision Door Service after coming home and finding one of my door springs broken. Setting of appointment was quick and easy, with very reasonable service date. As confirmed in email confirmation, I received message from technician, Chet, confirming arrival right in the middle of the time window that was provided. Chet was courteous and professional. He outlined the issues that he found and provided options to consider. I was very comfortable with explanations provided and proceeded with rebuilding balancing systems on both doors. Chet completed the work in the timeframe outlined and reviewed the work with me when completed. I now have garage doors that sound brand new. My operators are aging but still working so I didn't replace them. When needed I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Service to have them replaced.
