Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving. Mr. Shrader provided the Gold Standard of Professional service. Thank you, Sheryl Pearson

Your company is so over priced I would never recommend you to anyone. I had a set of photo eyes installed and a set of brackets for the photo eyes and it costed me $408.77 ridiculous the guy was here 1/2 hour tops. I understand the price of gas has gone up but come on. $408.77 that is highway robbery!!!
Hi Ms. VanWagner, At Precision Door, we are committed to full transparency when it comes to pricing. In this case, you were given a detailed estimate with pricing for this project and you explicitly approved the work before we did anything. I am sorry that you now feel that pricing - which you agreed to - doesn’t align with your budget, but you did choose to move ahead with the project. Like many home improvement companies, you can purchase individual parts from a variety of different stores, but what you are really paying for is the training, experience, insight, and expertise of our technicians.

Very professional outfit. The technician who installed my garage door opener knew his stuff and was very patient and accommodating. They showed up on time and came back a few days afterwards for a brief adjustment, without any delay. Recommend strongly.

From start to finish, Precision Door was great! Ed fully explained options and was helpful in the decision making. Aaron, the installer, was friendly and explained everything and answered all questions. He did an excellent and professional install, despite a freezing cold day. Only issue was the delay getting the door but like everything else these days, it was because of supply/distribution issues. But Precision kept me updated I also liked the communication with the appointments by phone and text. Highly recommend Precision Door. Might be a few bucks more but you get what you paid for. Quality material and professional techs. (I had to replace a 15-year old composite door that was quite expensive at the time. That installer would not back the product after it started warping. They also did several hack install moves that I lived with. Comparing Precision Door to B&B Overhead Door is like day and night. Wish I went with Precision the first time!)

Rich was just an awesome individual who diagnosed the problem, communicating what needed to be done to correct the problem and once given the ok to do the work, he proceeded to do the repairs in a timely fashion. A true professional to say the least. I would like to mention that I had a 12 to 2 window but he called and stated he could be here for 10:30. That is what I call service.
