I have been a Precision Door customer for years. I needed a tune up on my opener and new springs and new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. Everyone makes it a great customer service experience, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the quick response. The technicians explain everything they need to do, and they do a great job. I highly recommend Precision Door!

I don't have much need for garage door service and sort of chose you from the host of companies on the internet which service my area. Your technician Chet is extremely professional and has plenty of product knowledge so I would give him five stars as well. He explained my problem to me and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I had both of my garage doors upgraded which they both more than needed. I shall call you again as the need arises and would suggest that others use your services as well.

I had a spring break last night on my garage door . So I found there name watched video looked at reviews . I called they were very efficient and knowledgeable. I ended up fixing both of my doors after talking with the tech. I am very happy with the job and service and would recommend them to anyone . I will also be doing my yearly door check ups . So both my doors have new hardware and work great Chet was great !!!

I could not be happier with the service. When I called they were there the next day at the time promised. We went over the options and a new operator was installed in less than an hour. The tech went over the operation of the door and programmed the new closers. He also inspected the second door and advised about future maintenance.

The good review is for Chet. Chet was excellent. Precision came out 1 year ago (different repairman) and did new cables, rollers etc. The equipment they replaced failed after one year causing my door to be inoperable. I was not impressed with this at all. However, Chet came and fixed the issue on warranty and was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Chet

Thank you for being a loyal customer. As Chet (our technician) informed you at your warranty appointment, the part that failed was the weakest "link in the chain" a $5 part that connects the cable to the spring. We not only replaced that part, but also replaced the cable and springs, to make sure everything was 100% in working condition -- all at no cost (we waived the service fee since it had only been a year since we originally did the work). We also offered you an immediate appointment, but you requested a specific date, which we were able to accommodate. We are extremely sorry that you feel we didn't live up to our original promise. We provide a warranty just for the reason that parts do fail. We believe that you should judge a company based on how it handles issues -- how could we have handled this differently... in a way that would have make you feel that we lived up to your expectations?

I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.
