All the men from Precision just wanted to do was to sell me a garage door. So I told them to forget it . I called another company. They told me I didn’t need a garage door. He fixed it for 70 dollors CD. They did not meet my expectations . He probably treated me like I was a stupid women. Fortunely I did know about garage repair and I knew I didn’t need a new door. We've had the doors for a year and a half, and they are great: sturdy, quiet, no problems. The rubber seal on the bottom of one door came loose and I couldn't fix it. The repairman was friendly and very helpful, fixing it so it's better than new. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ray today who was determined to find the source of the problem we have been having with the remotes for our garage door opener since it was installed in December. Precision responded to our call for help quickly and were willing to troubleshoot the issue we had been having with the remotes only working intermittently. Although the issue is still undetermined and remotes don’t work as they should, Ray helped us download the app for the Lift Master unit and we are now able to open and close the garage door using the app on our phones. Thank you so much Ray for your kindness and your efforts and for suggesting we download the app on our phones in order to control the garage door opener!
