Chet was over to replace an opener, springs, rollers. He thoroughly explained every item used, why they were used and why my old opener failed. When Chet was done he showed me everything he did. He disengaged the opener from the door so I could lift the door, illustrating that the old springs were incorrect for the weight of the door. Fine job, Chet!!

I was very pleased with the service from Precision Overhead Gararage Door Service. Chet Schrader was great! He called 30 minutes before arrival, arrived exactly on time, was very informative, had all the parts in his van, and completed the job in two hours as he stated. Precision kept me informed from my initial call through the billing. Very professional and organized! A little pricy but worth it.

Garage door needed repair. Arrived during time frame provided. Gave us options to repair, replace etc. We had door repaired and serviced. Was efficient And had door repaired quickly. Not convinced it also needed to be serviced, seems like that should have been part of the repair and not additional cost.

Not sure if it was a bad day, but the guy who helped me was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say hi when he got to my house. He seemed pissed off the whole time. He asked me what could be wrong with my garage door opener. He ended up fixing after about an hour but I was not impressed and will not use them again.

Ed Dombrowsky did a fine job repairing my garage door. He arrived in less than 15 minutes after my call for help. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The repair was done in less than an hour, so I was able to attend my 2nd meeting of the day. Unfortunately, I was taken aback at the cost! Also, the revelation that the last repairman (by another company) had installed the wrong parts which may have contributed to the damage in such a short time (14 months) was very unnerving.
