Excellent Service all around. Was hoping to get by spending $100, but my door was in pretty bad shape. $375 later and my door works like a charm.

I had two openers installed. The work was done in 1.5 hours. The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived at the stated time. He even called prior to arriving. He explained and tested all opener functions to my satisfaction. Left the site of the installation very clean. Very happy with the whole experience. I give a 5 star for service

Service technician showed up 1 hour after I called. He had the problem diagnosed within minutes and gave me several recommendations on other things I should consider. When Matt the technician arrived at our house, he inspected both garage doors (and openers) and made suggestions on how to improve the performace of the doors. The repairs were done in a quick and efficient manner. Wow, are the garage door quiet now upon opening/closing! Thanks for the great service!

Your springs were rather large (for your large heavy door). We did provide 4 times the average repair warranty as well.

I called several numbers, but Precision was the only one with a live operator and the commitment to come the next day (i called in the evening.) The estimated time of arrival did change, but the office kept me informed and I was able to plan accordingly. I was very pleased with the organization, service and likeable professionalism of the technician, Ron. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.

We needed a quick repair for our garage door. Surfing through the web I found Precision. The best find yet. They were quick to come and repair my door so I could close it until the new door arrived. The new door we purchased costs less than the big box stores, and it was better quality. The VERY BEST thing about Precision was their customer service, on Saturday late afternoon we had an emergency and James came out within the hour and fixed everything. You will never get better customer service anywhere else. I give Precision a A rating
