Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.

Hello, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income; my technician was Ron LeCours. He did a fantastic job, explained his findings, and detailed the options clearly. He deserves an A+++ (give him a free Thanksgiving Turkey - he deserves it). All work was completed as indicated and in a timely manner. Sometime in the next 2-3 years I will budget for a new door - because of Ron's professionalism and insight I will call you folks. I am very happy AND so is my wife. Called Precision Door when our garage door opener needed to be repaired. Appointment scheduling was easy. The repair person arrived on time, was polite and professional, and very quickly assessed the problem then clearly explained the options. Our opener needed to be replaced, he had everything with him to complete the job, and the process to do so was efficient and trouble free. Very pleased with both the service and the product installed. Would definitely use Precision Door again if trouble brews.

Fast service, they fit us in when an apptmt cancelled so came the same day we called. Service men were helpful, explained the problem and cost break-down of repairs necessary, got the work done in one hour. Both garage doors are now very quiet and working well with respective remotes. Doors needed new spring, rollers, cables, pulleys, etc. Long 7 year warranty which is great. Highly recommend this company.

Ron showed up on time, identified frayed cables in addition to the broken spring, explained the various repair options and the costs. I opted for a rebuild (new springs, heavier cables, new pulleys and rollers and 5 year warranty). Great improvement!
