I called on 7/21/15 my garage door not working. On 7/22/15 service man came. Scope of work on slip #120156 I called again my garage door not working again. serviceman came thinks its a plate he was supposed to return with part on Fri 7/24/15 - did not show up He called on Sat. said he was sorry for not coming on 7/24/15 I was not available till Mon 7/17/15 I called the tech this morning 7/27/15 He is supposed to be here later today

Paul and Vin (new guy) were wonderful. My garage door was not going down properly. They corrected the problem and then showed me how to solve the problem myself. They were VERY cooperative and pleasant. It was almost like talking to friends.

Alex performed a detailed safety and operational evaluation of my garage door assembly and soon identified the defective components. He thoroughly explained the function and importance of replacing these items (springs). He then effectively completed the replacement of the springs and rigged the cables. He subsequently performed an operational check to assure everything was operating correctly. I was greatly impressed with Alex's professional manner, knowledge and courtesy.

The spring on my garage door broke on the 4th of July trapping my car in the garage. I made an appointment with this company because they had a call center open taking appointments. The technician was here right on time Monday morning. He worked quickly and was very professional! We will only be using your services from now on!

I purchased new garage doors last fall. The salesman and technician were great. Both had arrived on time and work performed was top notch. Last weekend I called to have a minor service issue taken care of. Paul, the technician, arrived promptly and made a quick adjustment. It amazed me that he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in less than 5 minutes! He didn't even charge me! I would highly recommend Precision to everyone!

We apologize for the confusion. As we stated in our voicemail to you the day of your appointment, your original technician called out sick and we had to rearrange the schedule. As a result we asked if you were available at a different time. Apparently you never received the message. We always ask for multiple means of getting ahold you customers just in case we need to change schedules. Again, we apologize.

Garage door springs broke and could not be opened! Searched on line and saw existing reviews for Precision which were helpful in determining who to call! Came out the same day no extra charge! Our tech was Don Holden...experienced, efficient and a nice guy! Had the replacement spring that we needed and off he went! Would highly recommend this company! They don't have all those 5 star ratings for nothing...it's true!

We called Precision when our "can it please hold out until this Fall" garage door decided it was time to pack it in. We had used Precision at our previous house when the Torsion spring went, so they were our natural choice for replacing doors at our 'new' house. Tech. Don Holden made it extremely easy to select and purchase the new door perfect for our needs and budget. Installer Ray Angco also went above and beyond expectations when installing the new door into a very neglected and 'retro fit' existing ancient wood door opening. The old door literally began crumbling when disassembly began. After all was complete, we have our new door, more head room and no more 2"gaps between our garage and the outdoors. Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Don and Ray. The price quoted, was the final price as installed...no surprises. Would absolutely recommend them!!!

I am not satisfied at all. The springs were replaced no problem. Part of the srevice was to adjust the two doors so they open and close smoothly. The tech has been here twice and they still don't close right. I have to call back again to have him come back and maybe they can finally be adjusted properly. The tech seems to be in big hurry when he comes. I hope maybe your input will help. At this point I would NOT recommend your company.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the service we provided. Part of the original service included a safety review of your door. Aside from the springs we replaced, we recommended that we replace all three of your bearing and the shaft (the latter being bent). You decided to just replace the springs. Unfortunately, the other parts was causing problems that we didn't address as you do not want us to. Lastly, the last visit we had to adjust your opener's travel limits (we never did any work to your opener). The one thing that is missing from your review is that we didn't charge you for either of the follow up visits despite the issues not being related to the work we performed.

I researched online until I found what we were looking for in a company. Was disappointed when the original tech was a no show for whatever reasons but when Ron showed up 7 hrs later to do the job, he did a wonderful professional job. His time was on the money and we are very happy. Thank you. We will refer the company but not the tech that didn't show.

Don, the technician, was punctua, friendlyl and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did and gave me pointers on how to maintain my garage door in good health. If I ever need repair work done again I will want him to do it.

Your technicians were very professional. However, for a "Garage Door" company it took you 9 days to get a repair part from Lift Master, a firm that you do business with. That is too much time for such a repair. And your repair cost on a 6 year old opener seemed overly expensive. I am not sure if was worth repairing. Though in the end, the job seems to have been done right.

We are sorry you didn't have the experience we wanted you to! Our records show that within 5 days we came back to your home to replace a special order circuit board. Which you ordered on the initial visit. Two months later you called with a different issue... your opener was working but making a grinding noise. We came back out and discovered that the gears in the motor had stripped. We replaced them as you requested. Unfortunately, you refused to pay for both the part and our labor!

5 stars. Ray arrived promptly at 9am and by 1:30pm he completed the job. I was very impressed and pleased with the finish product. He alone took down the old doors, reframed where necessary and installed the 2 new doors and cleaned up, all in 4 and a half hours. He did an excellent job considering the challenge this job entailed because my garage is slightly tilted. Thank you very much.
