EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH TODAY'S REPAIR (THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL) BECAUSE PAUL WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE MECHANISM QUICKLY, FIXING THE PROBLEM, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. GREAT SERVICE AND INTEGRITY IS HARD TO BEAT!

Don Holden was assigned to my door today. Professional mechanic. Called me ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. (That is rare these days.) Got the job done in a timely manner. you can tell this guy has been around overhead doors for a while just by watching his routine. Door runs like a Swiss watch. And he cleaned up after himself as well. Cost was a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Would def. recommend this company to others.

My appointment was scheduled for between 1 & 3 and Paul called me at 1:09 saying he'd be there in a few minutes. He was at our home by 1:15, was courteous, affable and a general pleasure to meet. He assessed the situation gave me the exact price before he started the work. He knew his business, had the door's springs replaced and new weather stripping along the bottom installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Paul and Precision for your garage door needs!

We were fortunate to have used Paul last year for a garage door cable repair and new spring installation and again today for a minor problem. Paul is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Everything about this organization is A+. From their web site to their chat room and on to their service professional, i have never been more satisfied. Anyone using any other garage door service is making a huge mistake. I called at 8 in the morning and by 11:45 the job was done The specialist, Paul Haney is a gem. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had all needed supplies in his truck and completed the work in 45 minutes. The door has never worked as well as it does now. 5 stars is inadequate for this organization!

The prior owners of our home had installed the electronic garage door opener themselves and, apparently not secured it well enough. After securing it myself a year ago, it came down again, even though I had secured it better than the original owners, this time pulling wires apart. The technician was efficient and thorough securing the unit back up and connecting the wires, then explained how it had failed to stay up after my attempt to secure the unit. I also found the price very reasonable.

Paul Haney came out to my house to address my (unexpectedly) snapped spring in my 1950's era house. He called ahead in a timely manner to warn me of his arrival, he was enthusiastic and courteous and he finished replacing the springs (as well as the cables, pulleys and rollers, which I decided to have him do as well) all within about 30 minutes! I was very happy with the prompt response I got from Precision Garage Door.

Ray and Juan were timely and efficient. Ray explained the function of the door and was very knowledgeable of the product. The Liftmaster door is quiet and safe. Brian, who came initially to plan the replacement was timely and knowledgeable as well. I chose Precision Doors because they were the first to send help for repair on our old door last winter. The price was competitive as well. I would definitely recommend this company and product.
