Technician showed up early for the appointment. He looked at the issue and thought we might need a new panel. While the office was getting the cost for the new panel he decided to try a repair he thought would work. In about 10 minutes he found a solution that allowed me not to have to purchase a new panel. Technician was professional and found a way to fix my problem and save me some money. I found Precision doing a Google search and reading some of the reviews.

Kelly came after the appointed time but was able to see the problem and make a temporary fix. He had to order the part and is coming back on 12/30 between 1 and 3. There was some confusion in that he called to notify me that he rec'd the part and I kept calling the office number and he did call back and I was able to contact him and set up a appointment.

5 Star rating for Ron. Ron called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on the scheduled time. He was friendly and explained all the repair options. I chose to have the springs, pulleys, rollers, and cables replaced. It seems to me that their replacement parts are better quality than you would get at a local store, had I done the repairs myself. The Repairs, lubrication, and operational check were complete in less than an hour. Everything was cleaned up nice when he finished. I'm very happy with the service Ron provided.

A month and a half back, I hired another company to install a garage door. They never installed the trim work. After repeated calls to no avail I called Precision to come out and complete the work. It took them all of 45 minutes. I wish I had them do the whole job.

I called your company based on a web search and was happy that I did!!! Sadly I called your company to fix my garage door after slamming my finger in the garage door. Sadly I ended up with stitches and a broken finger and after explaining my problem to your staff she did what she could do to get my issue resolved as quickly as possible. I should have had to wait 3 days before a technician was able to service my garage but thankfully she had my garage serviced the next day!!! The technician was well versed on my issue and was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with????????. Excellent work! Installer was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. I had 2 new garage door openers installed that I had purchased from Home Depot and he did a great job. He was in and out in about 2 1/2 hrs. Worth every penny.
