He was very friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, checked both doors, and completed the job within 1 hour! and, he answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. I will definitely call you again and purchase new doors when the time is right!

Both springs were broken, both of my cars were stuck in the garage, and to top it off, it was a minor holiday. I called two companies both advertising service 7 days per week. The other company advertised an emergency number where I left a voicemail message, and never received a call back. When I called Precision I spoke to a live person. While no service was available on the holiday, I received prompt, professional service the following day. Wes called and offered to come almost an hour earlier than scheduled, and boy was I glad. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of options and my garage door sounds better than new! I highly recommend Precision!

I chose Precision after reading through their website and I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. I was given a block of time to expect Brian and he was here quite a bit earlier. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem with the spring. He was finished in 30 minutes. I will not hesitate to call Precision if I need garage door work done.

I give you guys 5 stars. Your technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me my options, and did a great job replacing my broken opener. He even cleaned up the place by taking my old opener and all the packing materials (from the new opener) with him when he was done. He showed me how to work the opener and explained what was (and was not) covered by the warranty. Great job. I was 100% satisfied.

Called to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and ready to perform the service. Their truck was pretty dingy and dirty but their staff was first rate. The did the job in a very professional manner and the pricing was fair and honest. They noticed the door was fairly old and suggested a new door with all new hardware. That wasn't in the cards for me that day but there was no problem. They installed 2 new torsion springs...a job that is anything but DIY! Tested everything and fixed some other problems with loose or missing screws in the door. They were out of here in under an hour. Great company! Great service! They should wash the truck more often...not that I'm hung up on this but visually it's appearance does not connote the quality of this firm. Highly recommended!

We were pleased and impressed with the service provided by Ron Lecours. He called us to say he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He was very articulate and helpful, explaining the benefits and differences between an AC and DC motor system. We selected the DC system because it is the most quiet. Ron Lecours was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation. He patiently answered all of our questions, and covered all of the financial details. I would rate his performance as outstanding, i.e. 5 stars.
