It’s fixed, but only after the first door opener installed was faulty, the second one worked, almost four hours later and the technician wore his frustration on his sleeve. Not my best experience in home repair. To be honest I rarely leave unsatisfactory reviews but so much could be done better.

This is my second time using them and I am extremely pleased. They honestly couldn’t be better. Easy to contact and book appointment. Had my info from several year ago on file. Garage door wouldn’t open at 6:00am. I manually opened it and went to work. Called Precision Door Service at 7:41am and had a service tech at my house at 3:00pm the same day! Awesome customer service. Highly recommended!!
