I'm extremely disappointed with the service I'm getting. Called for an estimate on 11/15/16 and still have a garage door opener in need of repair. A pulley had to be ordered and installed. Here it is December 2, 2016 and it's still broke. I've called 3 times about this and I'm still waiting. I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of the business to let him know how I feel. I will be calling again today. Winter is here and I need this issue addressed asap. I haven't had any service performed yet and still waiting for the product I purchased. I already paid $149.00 for the part and installation and yet to receive the part or service.

We saw the bios, certified technicians, customer reviews and ratings. We thank you for sending us an email of confirmation which mentioned who to look for when they come to our home. Rolo fixed broken spring and replaced rollers, springs on the garage door. Rolo was very polite and did excellent work. He gave us options and did the work on a timely manner. Service performed excellent.

Called Precision Door when our garage door opener needed to be repaired. Appointment scheduling was easy. The repair person arrived on time, was polite and professional, and very quickly assessed the problem then clearly explained the options. Our opener needed to be replaced, he had everything with him to complete the job, and the process to do so was efficient and trouble free. Very pleased with both the service and the product installed. Would definitely use Precision Door again if trouble brews.

Fast service, they fit us in when an apptmt cancelled so came the same day we called. Service men were helpful, explained the problem and cost break-down of repairs necessary, got the work done in one hour. Both garage doors are now very quiet and working well with respective remotes. Doors needed new spring, rollers, cables, pulleys, etc. Long 7 year warranty which is great. Highly recommend this company.

Two technicians came out yesterday to inspect and repair my garage door. They arrived a few minutes early, inspected the garage door, found the spring had broken, and installed a new spring (plus rollers, bearing, etc.). They were quick and did an excellent job. Rolando, the service person was great. He was running a bit late, but called to update, which I liked. He was pleasant, and explained what the total charge would be, before he started work. He knew exactly what he was doing, and got right to work. When I asked if I could watch, he said sure, and explained each step of what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service rep and with the quality of the work. No question. Good guy. Good work. However.....I found the job rather expensive. Remove and replace the loft cables on two doors. It took about 45 minutes or so. The replacement cables were better quality than the original equipment. The charge was $100 service call charge, just to come to the house. Then $80 labor and $80 parts. Was it "a good value"? Hard to say, as I don't do this every day. But I feel like it cost too much. I did receive a 10% senior discount from the bill, but it still seems like a lot for less than a hour's work, and 4 cables. Am I happy with the job - yes, good job, done quickly, and on time. The price....not quite so happy about that, but it was my choice to go ahead with the job, so I guess I can't complain too much.

I came home from work and discovered that my two-car garage door wouldn't go up. So, I started looking for garage door repair companies. I contacted Precision because I was impressed with their website, and I was particularly impressed with their 24 hour services. I was able to get an appointment the next day---two hour window of time (4-6) with a promise that the repairman would call when he was on the way. The man called at 4:15 to say he was coming; he arrived in ten minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken torsion spring and gave me an estimate. I used a coupon from the website to save $99 on the repair cost. The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, and he fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. He looked professional and acted professional. He had all the parts on his truck and knew what he was doing. I would use them again if we needed help. I hope this is helpful.

We had a garage door cable snap, creating a hazard. The Precision tech showed up on time and had everything with him to complete the repair on the spot. Our tech, Orlando, was very polite and explained everything he did. He made sure I was happy with the repair before departing. A very pleasant experience all the way, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'm glad to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair work.
