Ron Lecours has worked for Precision Door for over 12 years. Although Ron is the General Manager, he continues to work in the field when needed. He enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding, fishing, and golf. He is a big sports guy and really enjoys football the most -- ask him about his fantasy football results... he's very good at picking teams! Ron has worked for a few different Precision Door franchises. He attended Lyndon State College for two years with a double major in ski resort management and marketing.

I called several numbers, but Precision was the only one with a live operator and the commitment to come the next day (i called in the evening.) The estimated time of arrival did change, but the office kept me informed and I was able to plan accordingly. I was very pleased with the organization, service and likeable professionalism of the technician, Ron. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.

I have used Precision in the past and have been thoroughly satisfied so it was a very easy decision to call when I needed another repair. Within two days of my call, a service technician was sent out to fix a couple hinges and one of the rollers on my garage door. The service tech was very friendly and had the repairs completed in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Quick service - could have come same day I called but agreed to a couple of days out. Impressed with the appointment making process and very very good communication about when they were coming. Tech took care of the issue quickly, and had some suggestions on how to take care of the rails, etc. Would recommend and if I have issues will call again.

Ron immediately knew what the problem was with the garage door opener and fixed it within minutes. He was friendly, professional and honest. He even took the time to run through some operational items that the original installer never bothered to tell me. I would recommend your company over any other that I called. I was very pleased with the same day service I received for my broken garage door. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable giving me my options on how to repair the door.
