Although it is never fun to have to spend money on repairs, it was worth it. Precision responded to my request very fast and Jacob was excellent at assessing and fixing my immediate problem. My husband found your listing in the yellow pages. I called and made an appointment (the girl that took my info was great). We got an appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon with Jacob. He called to let me know he was on his way and he got here closer to the 10:00 time. Jacob was great. My husband was very satisfied with the work he performed. He replaced the springs on our garage door. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He came in the house afterwards so I could pay him. I was very impressed with him. Great personality and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs any work done or new doors, etc. Thanks so much for a great experience.
