As a sole caretaker of a disabled husband, there is a lot I don’t know. Ed came to repair a garage door that wouldn’t operate. I stayed with him while he fixed the door and he gave me an education on how everything worked. He also installed an outdoor keypad that would open all 3 doors with different combinations (awesome). I had to move a car so he could program the third bay but the fob wouldn’t work. Of course he helped me with that as well. Excellent service, options explained, and I would trust this employee more than than any I have dealt with. Thank you PDS and Ed!

Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Just moved into a condo and a couple of days later garage door did not work. I made a call to Precision and they made appointment promptly. Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

I can’t say enough about the service we received from your company, especially your technician, Chet. He was very professional. Knowledgeable, and personable. Our home was going on the market. We had already moved 600 hundred miles away. We received a call from a family member that the spring broke on the garage door and was not working. I googled overhead garage doors and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website and the reviews. One call and a technician, Chet, was there doing garage door repair. We didn’t need to have the whole door replaced! This is my second time using Precision Door, Their team is professional, arrived right on time and completed the work quickly. Beware of the "service fee" of over $100 which is not waived or applied to the total bill. Usually, companies charge to send someone out, and if you have work done, they apply the fee to the bill. Not here. I was charged the $100 service fee and $100 for labor. will not do this again.
Thank you for your review. It is our policy to charge a service fee. This service fee allows us to provide for our technician to arrive in a fully stocked van (we typically complete 97% of all service jobs in one visit do to the fact we come prepared) and to provide a complete safety inspections of each door with a report documenting our findings and our suggestions. We also provide three options to resolve your issues. We do, however, provide a coupon on our website that waives the service fee if we provide $350 of service. We do understand that this model does not fit all customer's expectations, but our overwhelmingly large 5-star rating counts on all review sites suggests that most customers appreciate our serviceand understand our pricing.
