I have used Precision Door a number of times and I would highly recommend this company. They come when they say they will, they are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am not someone who writes reviews but I am truly impressed with this company. I wish every home maintenance company was half as good as Precision Door.

I called your company based on a web search and was happy that I did!!! Sadly I called your company to fix my garage door after slamming my finger in the garage door. Sadly I ended up with stitches and a broken finger and after explaining my problem to your staff she did what she could do to get my issue resolved as quickly as possible. I should have had to wait 3 days before a technician was able to service my garage but thankfully she had my garage serviced the next day!!! The technician was well versed on my issue and was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with????????. I highly recommend your company for anyone looking for a garage company that has the above qualifications. Trust me you won't be disappointed!!

Hello, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income; my technician was Ron LeCours. He did a fantastic job, explained his findings, and detailed the options clearly. He deserves an A+++ (give him a free Thanksgiving Turkey - he deserves it). All work was completed as indicated and in a timely manner. Sometime in the next 2-3 years I will budget for a new door - because of Ron's professionalism and insight I will call you folks. I am very happy AND so is my wife. Called to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time and ready to perform the service. Their truck was pretty dingy and dirty but their staff was first rate. The did the job in a very professional manner and the pricing was fair and honest. They noticed the door was fairly old and suggested a new door with all new hardware. That wasn't in the cards for me that day but there was no problem. They installed 2 new torsion springs...a job that is anything but DIY! Tested everything and fixed some other problems with loose or missing screws in the door. They were out of here in under an hour. Great company! Great service! They should wash the truck more often...not that I'm hung up on this but visually it's appearance does not connote the quality of this firm. Highly recommended!

It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Even though the technician Brian had truck problems, he still arrived within the time promised. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in very short order for the amount he quoted. I would definitely recommend Precision Door of Connecticut.

Don Holden was assigned to my door today. Professional mechanic. Called me ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. (That is rare these days.) Got the job done in a timely manner. you can tell this guy has been around overhead doors for a while just by watching his routine. Door runs like a Swiss watch. And he cleaned up after himself as well. Cost was a bit pricey, but I guess you get what you pay for. Would def. recommend this company to others.

My appointment was scheduled for between 1 & 3 and Paul called me at 1:09 saying he'd be there in a few minutes. He was at our home by 1:15, was courteous, affable and a general pleasure to meet. He assessed the situation gave me the exact price before he started the work. He knew his business, had the door's springs replaced and new weather stripping along the bottom installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend Paul and Precision for your garage door needs!
