I was able to get an appointment to fix our garage door very quickly and Chet came out and recognized the problem immediately. He was able to replace our entire garage door system in an hour. The price was very reasonable for what we got. Would recommend them to others.

The door works better than ever and I especially like the safety feature on the door springs, a feature that was missing on the original installation. This is my second time using Precision Door, Their team is professional, arrived right on time and completed the work quickly. Beware of the "service fee" of over $100 which is not waived or applied to the total bill. Usually, companies charge to send someone out, and if you have work done, they apply the fee to the bill. Not here. I was charged the $100 service fee and $100 for labor. will not do this again.

Thank you for your review. It is our policy to charge a service fee. This service fee allows us to provide for our technician to arrive in a fully stocked van (we typically complete 97% of all service jobs in one visit do to the fact we come prepared) and to provide a complete safety inspections of each door with a report documenting our findings and our suggestions. We also provide three options to resolve your issues. We do, however, provide a coupon on our website that waives the service fee if we provide $350 of service. We do understand that this model does not fit all customer's expectations, but our overwhelmingly large 5-star rating counts on all review sites suggests that most customers appreciate our serviceand understand our pricing.

The tech called and said he would be at my house within 30 minutes. He was there before that. Tried some things to get the garage door opener to work. I ended buying a new opener. The tech was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Installed the opener with no issues. Explained everything to me. I would definitely use Precision Doors again.
