Bad communication, unprofessional attitude from technician and management, unwillingness to respond to customer complaints. Everything is automated, no personal service or follow-up. This company will charge you whether or not any work is done, or done well.

We try very hard to make every customer experience as pleasant as possible. This one seems to not have gone that way. Ms. Sharkey called us to come out to look at her broken lift cable. When we arrived, she explained that she believed that the repair should be covered by her existing warranty. We reviewed the work that we had done previously and determined that her broken cable had nothing to do with any previous work and therefore was not covered by our warranty – we installed a new garage door opener in the Fall of 2017. Our technician tried to explain that the warranty for her opener had nothing to do with the parts on her garage door. The customer would not accept the technician’s explanation and immediately called the office. While talking to our general manager she became very nasty and then hung up the phone. The customer refused to pay the service fee, despite having initially agreed to pay it while setting up the appointment. We are sorry that this customer felt we didn’t live up to our promise, but clearly, she just became angry when she realized that the work was not covered by her warranty for her garage door opener. This customer's comments are a reflection of her refusal to accept the fact that our warranty only covers parts and labor for work performed by us.

Ed was knowledgable, efficient and courteous. I had the problem with the first garage door explained to me and Ed demonstrated how to align the garage door controllers within minutes. He also clearly explained why the weather stripping on the other door had torn off. The garage doors had been improperly installed by another company ( not your company ) two years ago. Because of the bad installation, the weather stripping was already torn completely off. We made an appointment for Ed to come back, correct the faulty installation on both garage doors and give us new weather stripping on both doors. Ed did a good job assessing what needed to be done and was thorough in his explanations. I really appreciate a competent craftsman not talking down to me just because I'm a woman. Ed Dombrowski arrived on time, assessed the situation and told me it would be best to replace my 25 yr old opener. He explained the advantages & safety features of the new one and in less than 1 hr he had installed and explained the key pad and remote controls, cleaned up everything and was gone. He wasted no time and didn,t forget anything. Very pleased with service!!!

One of the springs broke on one of my garage doors. I called Precision and got an appointment for the next day. Technicians called and arrived about 20 minutes early, examined the door with the broken spring and also pointed out fraying cables and issues on the other door. Fixed both doors and while the invoice was twice what I had planned, after 25 years of use, both doors needed to be fixed and updated. We are very pleased with everything except the lack of a "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" special. I have used Precision three times now (twice for my daughter and once for us) and I wouldn't use anyone else.

He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. I had ANOTHER company out who seemed to focus on selling me a new motor without doing legitimate diagnosis. Well . . . I called Precision to get a second opinion and sure enough my instincts were right. First time for everything. I did NOT need a new motor.

Wow. I was nervous having to call for a garage door repair, knowing that a variety of things could be wrong...but Ed went above and beyond in solving my problems. Not only did he analyze what went wrong before I was even able to explain, he was quick and thorough in telling me my options. After deciding on the best resolution, he installed a new door opener and fixed my spring/pulley system in what seemed like no time at all. I’ll always use Precision!
