I was super pleased with the services performed on my garage door. The technician (Brian) showed up on time and was extremely knowledgable, He was very courteous and respectful the entire time , especially once he discovered I was a veteran and gave me a discount for serving our country which meant a great deal to me, so I salute Precision Garage Door and Brian Fisher(tech)for going above and beyond and a job well done!!!!!

Your tech was 10 minutes early (just as he told me he would when he called me to tell me he was on his way). He gave me several options and explained them very clearly. I didn't feel he was pressuring me to go for the most expensive offer - which surprised me. When I told him I had about $300 to spend he reworked his recommendations and came in just below. My door works great and I do plan on getting a few more things fixed.

I called you at 6:30 expecting to leave a voice mail, but a nice young lady answered the phone and said you could come out first thing in the morning. Brian arrived at 8:45 and had my door opened within 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes and it was working better than ever. Brian explained his recommendation and asked me what I wanted to do. He didn't try to oversell me and respected my desire to do less than a complete fix. I really appreciate his integrity and his enthusiasm in wanting to make my door as good as it could be.

Ron was running late. He called to let us know he'd be 30 minutes later than promised. After spending 5 minutes in the garage, Ron detailed what was wrong. I agreed to his rebuild option and within 40 minutes my door was working better than when it was installed 8 years ago. I will be calling you again to rebuild my other door when it needs it.

My experience with Precision was outstanding. I had an old garage door opener that was not working when I bought my home. I contacted the company to come out and repair it. The mother board needed to be replaced and decided to install a new unit. Ron was not only knowledgeable, but explained all the cost in a very professional manner. His work was excellent and I am very pleased to now have a working garage door. I purchased the AAA deal. They did a great job. Just as advertised, the new rollers sure made my door quieter. I also had new springs put on while they were at the house; door is much easier to open!

My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision door at 9:00 PM at night. Their technician (James) was at my house by 9:00 am the next morning. They did offer an emergency service, but I could wait. He had my door working again in no time. James was very informative and provide some preventative maintenance as well while he was replacing my springs. I highly recommend your company.

This is a five star product, install and customer service. These doors are marvealous should have done it sooner, they look great and add value to my house.
