I would highly recommend Precision Door. The springs broke on my garage door causing complete disablement. I called based on a recommendation from a friend and Precision had their technician, Brian, out to repair that same evening. He was extremely professional and I felt the cost was reasonable. I actually called back to have them come and take another look at an issue I was having with my garage door two evenings later....again Brian arrived that same evening and was extremely professional and corrected the issue. I am extremely pleased with this company, their professionalism and service.

Ron figured out the problem in less than 3 minutes and proceeded to replace rollers and pulleys as needed and generally tune up the door operation. All done in 25 minutes or so. Ron was a gentleman and was totally professional.

I realize that most people have no idea that garage door parts come in good and premium quality. We use premium quality parts -- that's why they are a bit more expensive. The quality of the parts we use, however, allow us to provide a great warranty. We warrantied the work we did for you for 2 years. Our competitors only guarantee parts for 90 days to 1 year. The idea that you can spend money on a new door and only get 1 year warranty on the parts is shameful. I am proud that we gave you great service, great quality parts and then warrantied everything for two years. Sounds like a deal to me!

I thought the service rep was great. He explained all everything. He was also willing to problem solve. The only negative was the price. The labor costs were in line but I feel the replacement part costs were on the high side -- they do come with a good warranty.

He went straight to work and completed a neat and clean installation quickly. He demonstrated the new opener and remote. The process could not have gone smoother!

My spring was broken on my garage door. When I called at 5:45 pm I was shocked to hear they could have a technician at my home by 6:30 pm on the same evening. The tech arrived in the time frame promised. He was finished with my garage door in 30 minutes. He was very professional, and he left my garage door sounding better than when it was originally placed. Great job!

I had two openers installed. The work was done in 1.5 hours. The technician was very professional, polite and friendly. He arrived at the stated time. He even called prior to arriving.
