My spring broke on my garage door. I called Precision door at 9:00 PM at night. Their technician (James) was at my house by 9:00 am the next morning. They did offer an emergency service, but I could wait. He had my door working again in no time. James was very informative and provide some preventative maintenance as well while he was replacing my springs. I highly recommend your company.

This is a five star product, install and customer service. These doors are marvealous should have done it sooner, they look great and add value to my house. I'm sorry I cannot recall exactly the names of the guy who came but they were both very good. The first guy (Ron?) came to do a repair and explained carefully why it would not be a good idea due to the way the first openers/doors had been installed. He was not pushy about new doors but after we finished, I decided it would be best as the doors were 35 yrs old. The second guy (Ray)who installed the doors was equally professional and worked very hard, all day and by himself to put in new doors and openers. When we asked him why he did not have an assistant he said because nobody else is a picky as he is and he liked to work alone for that reason. The doors are great. Thanks!! We called for emergency service and had the technician at out home within 90 minutes. My car was trapped inside the garage as the springs broke and I couldn\\\\\\\'t lift the door myself. Tom got the car out and then quickly replaced the springs and cables. He also made several recommendations for future work, which I will have done before winter comes. Thanks Precision you guys are the best!

My experience with Precision was outstanding. I had an old garage door opener that was not working when I bought my home. I contacted the company to come out and repair it. The mother board needed to be replaced and decided to install a new unit. Ron was not only knowledgeable, but explained all the cost in a very professional manner. His work was excellent and I am very pleased to now have a working garage door. Over the years I have hired many companies to do work on my home and this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you!
