The technician, Christopher Young, called from the road to tell me he could be here by 2:30 if okay. He was pleasant, informative and very efficient. Same day service, fixed my problem in a creative way (internal circuit board died in my electric door opener). Another company told me I needed to replace entire unit but Precision had an external device that they connected and provided a new remote and I was back in business for $100+ less than the prior repair company. Very reliable, easy to schedule and professional.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Even though the technician Brian had truck problems, he still arrived within the time promised. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in very short order for the amount he quoted. I would definitely recommend Precision Door of Connecticut.

Called Precision on 3/3/16 as the previous company was no longer in service. The girl who answered the phone was the was very pleasant and I booked an appointment for 3/4/16. Don the technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed new tension springs for a double wide door. One side of the springs had broken. After replacing the springs he serviced the rollers and cables and the door worked like it was new. Don was great and would recommend this company. The only negative to all of this, the service vehicle did not have company identification and really needed replacement.

Alex replaced my garage door opener and did a great job. He installed the unit, set up the remotes and the keypad and made sure that I knew how everything worked. He double checked all the operations to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very professional, very thorough and very pleasant.
