Very good experience! Prompt scheduling and repair service. The technician, Chet Schrader, was very helpful in explaining the needed repairs and replacement parts for the cables, springs, rollers etc. and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions about the work and the pricing. Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet with 25 years of experience did the job quick and in a very professional manner. He did a 'great' job... thanks Ed

I was very pleased with work done installing my new garage door. Your installer did an outstanding job! We live at the shore and he had to work during one of those driving rain and strong winds days. We actually thought about canceling, but the office and installer both said it was not a problem. Definitely looked challenging to us, but he went right to work and completed in estimated time. Cannot remember his name, but looks like “Aolo” on invoice. Very polite and answered all questions and cleaned up workspace well. Definitely would recommend your company after this installation and previous work done by “Chet” .

Extremely pleased with the experience. Our technician (Chet) called to let us know that he was on his way approximately 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival. Upon arrival, he came in, introduced himself and went out to the garage to determine what our problem was. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us a detailed explanation and provided several options for us to have the problem repaired. After we decided what we wanted, he quoted a price and set to work. About two hours later, he was finished and then walked us through the new set up and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend Precision and have already told two people about our excellent experience. There were other services performed and additional products but the opener was the major install.

I know this may seem a bit odd, but I chose precision for two reasons...the bios about the technicians, complete with reviews, and the dogs. It is my belief that "dog people" are good people. Chet was the technician who was sent and he even showed up with a badly hurting ankle that he had sprained just prior to coming to my house. His friendly manner, competence and expertise were greatly appreciated. And I was REALLY impressed by how quickly he was able to put the rollers back on track, thus freeing me from five days of entrapment.

The scheduled service was a routine maintenance call, which is not listed in this review response. You rescheduled the call but sent me an invoice saying that I had cancelled it - not true, and confusing. You cancelled, not me. You agreed to make the rescheduled call on Friday between 8-9 AM, but when I phoned you said it was 8-12 AM - not true, and confusing again. I won't be home after 10 AM Friday.

I was amazed with the fast service. I called and they were at my door the very next day. My tech was Chet and very knowledgeable and went threw the process with me and than asked if I had any questions or concerns. He went right to work and approximately 1hour later Chet had my overhead door back working. He replaced the cables adjusted fixtures and replaced broken rollers. I’m so glad I called Precision Depenable And great service. Thank You Chet you were excellent and a prefect Gentleman. I would recommend you and Precision and time. You are Top Notch Service with a Super Tech. I’m so happy I called and will recommend you in a heartbeat.

I am happy to get the door fixed and Chet was great and very professional. I will say that I think the $600 charge to supply new springs, rollers, stabalizer bar, some cables, + labor (hour tops) is a bit excessive. I did not price the job with any other company. Quote for a new door (which I didn't really need) was $1200 (and it's a minimal door)!! Anyway...capitalism at work. We really want to live in CT???

I am actually very unhappy with your "service".Please correct your records. I received an invoice from you. I did not cancel the appointment: scheduled 3-5pm. Your man, Chet Shrader, called at around 3:45 to let me know that he would arrive between 5:30 -6 pm. I could not meet him at that time. So, the correct statement on the invoice should be: the repairman did not show up during the time of appointment. Of course the balance on invoice is $0. For zero service and respect for your customers.
