Service on our doors was great ! We were called in advance of the tech arrival. He and his truck were totally neat and in order. We were appraised of the recommended repairs and their associated costs. Work was performed in a timely fashion and we took part in testing all of the equipment when he was finished. We paid him and he gave us the write up of the work---------along with future maintenance recommendations.

Schedule my initial appointment thru a lady named Amber, who was a seasoned professional. I asked for an appointment for the next day, and she made it happen. Asked numerous questions and she answered them all. When the technician, Chet Shrader, arrived, he listened intently as I explained the problems, then I said that I wanted both lift cables replaced. Ended up getting the full door overhaul package, and am so happy that I did. The door now sounds very quiet and seems to be operating effortlessly. Chet works fast and knows exactly what he is doing. This professional is better qualified than any overhead installer I have ever known, and I have known some. When we are ready to start on the other door, Precision will be unquestionably be called first. We will ask for Chet. The quality of Precision's replacement parts is tops.

I was extremely satisfied with Precision. Ed came over and was very professional, direct and friendly. He took the time to troubleshoot my problem and fixed it . . . without me having to incur the expense of purchasing a new motor or motherboard. I had ANOTHER company out who seemed to focus on selling me a new motor without doing legitimate diagnosis. Well . . . I called Precision to get a second opinion and sure enough my instincts were right. First time for everything. I did NOT need a new motor.

Following a call and meeting with a sales person, we determined that is was appropriate to repair not replace our garage doors. The service technician was superb, clean and efficient. He answered all questions and was very helpful in helping us reprogramming our garage doors.

I did not have any company to compare pricing since from the outset I was so satisfied with the response time and care taken by field reps. As luck would have it, when we chose to buy there was a special promotion going on that permitted a bump-up in design. I really like that the price submitted included everything, i.e. doors, hardware, etc, everything including tax. The installers were excellent. Very friendly; called to let me know their arrival; willing to share information should I have any questions; gave information about the doors and warranty without my asking; finished the job, cleaned the doors, picked up any trash remaining from the install and removed all materials from the doors and hardware that was replaced. I would highly recommend this company. I like doing business with a company that does what they say they are going to do> Shop around for pricing if you care to knowing that though estimates are stated as free they are free only if you choose to buy, I am not sure how Precision compares but I can tell you they are professional and back their work.

Quick service and honest feedback. Inspector said the safety feature wasn't working but didn't realize this was an older model without the laser. Ron was honest and confirmed the safety settings worked as required, moving back up upon any resistance. He tuned it up and we are ready to go! Now it's much quieter and I can breathe easy that it's safe for the neighborhood kids.

5 Star rating for Ron. Ron called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on the scheduled time. He was friendly and explained all the repair options. I chose to have the springs, pulleys, rollers, and cables replaced. It seems to me that their replacement parts are better quality than you would get at a local store, had I done the repairs myself. The Repairs, lubrication, and operational check were complete in less than an hour. Everything was cleaned up nice when he finished. I'm very happy with the service Ron provided.
