Brian Fisher came within 2 hours of my call today, and arrived early to fix the garage door. He was very friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, checked both doors, and completed the job within 1 hour! and, he answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. I will definitely call you again and purchase new doors when the time is right!

I give you guys 5 stars. Your technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me my options, and did a great job replacing my broken opener. He even cleaned up the place by taking my old opener and all the packing materials (from the new opener) with him when he was done. He showed me how to work the opener and explained what was (and was not) covered by the warranty. Great job. I was 100% satisfied.

We were pleased and impressed with the service provided by Ron Lecours. He called us to say he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He was very articulate and helpful, explaining the benefits and differences between an AC and DC motor system. We selected the DC system because it is the most quiet. Ron Lecours was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation. He patiently answered all of our questions, and covered all of the financial details. I would rate his performance as outstanding, i.e. 5 stars.

Paul was GREAT! I am not sure anyone else would have taken on this job. We have very low ceilings and a center beam. When Paul saw the job he was ecstatic to have the opportunity to problem solve and "make it work." We have to be honest - we were worried it couldn't be done. We were so lucky to have Paul as our service man. He was a delight to have around as he was visibly excited with the challenge. To anyone with a "wacky" garage or a project they are unsure of we HIGHLY recommend Paul...Not only does he do an amazing job, he truly LOVES doing it. We had an amazing experience.

When my tech came out to visit , he was professional, knowledgeable and examined the whole problem and assured me that it could be fixed, what he would do and how to do it. I couldn't be more happier than I am with his labor, knowledge and professionalism. He not only fixed the door but was neat, clean and answered any questions I had and assured me that if something is wrong, to call back and he would fix it. Let me tell you this, if I had called Precision in the first place it wouldnt of happened because with techs like the gentleman that just left will make me tell my friends and family that if you have a problem these are the guys to go to ! Thank you so much for being prompt, honest, and knowing your product and how to fix a mess like the one I had.

First off, Precision's website caught my eye. I read several reviews & decided to give them a try. The technician, Brian, showed up on time, was able to diagnose my problem right away (a broken spring) and then immediately got to work. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was friendly. He also installed a remote keypad outside replacing the hardwired one which had been broken for years. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Brian and would definately recommend Precision Door Service.

Paul was terrific. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement part. When I asked if I shouldn't purchase a whole new unit, he was quick to say it wasn't needed and would cost far more than the repair. When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. Very pleased with service and the door is working great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service! Very pleased!

I was first impressed with the office staff on the phone while scheduling my appointment. They were professional and clear. Later, Scott and Brian (I think that was their names) arrived on time with a smile on their face, identified the problem right away, and even helped me with another issue I brought up at the last minute. They were knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I will use Precision when I need to replace the whole door, which will be soon enough. Thanks for a positive experience!

EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH TODAY'S REPAIR (THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL) BECAUSE PAUL WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE MECHANISM QUICKLY, FIXING THE PROBLEM, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. GREAT SERVICE AND INTEGRITY IS HARD TO BEAT!

Everything about this organization is A+. From their web site to their chat room and on to their service professional, i have never been more satisfied. Anyone using any other garage door service is making a huge mistake. I called at 8 in the morning and by 11:45 the job was done The specialist, Paul Haney is a gem. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had all needed supplies in his truck and completed the work in 45 minutes. The door has never worked as well as it does now. 5 stars is inadequate for this organization!
