When shopping around make sure you completely understand what the company is pitching and understand their warranty. Like most things you can good cheap no frills doors (that will last a few years) or you can buy quality doors/parts which come with a lifetime product warranty and 5-years on labor. Companies that provide the later will be more expensive, but will also provide good customer service and will be around later to honor its warranty.

Very pleased with your service. You installed two new garage doors with openers about 18 months ago. Yesterday the cable came out of the spool. Brian, your service tech, came over today and fixed the problem. He was very professional and did a great job on this warranty service. Thanks for the great and timely customer service! Its great to deal with a company that stands by its work.

Had the roller replacement and tune up completed. Don was extremely professional, explained the work and explained symptoms that may require a spring replacement. He arrived during the window of time originally scheduled - actually calling earlier to give a more precise time.

Your technicians were very professional. However, for a "Garage Door" company it took you 9 days to get a repair part from Lift Master, a firm that you do business with. That is too much time for such a repair. And your repair cost on a 6 year old opener seemed overly expensive. I am not sure if was worth repairing. Though in the end, the job seems to have been done right.

We are sorry you didn't have the experience we wanted you to! Our records show that within 5 days we came back to your home to replace a special order circuit board. Which you ordered on the initial visit. Two months later you called with a different issue... your opener was working but making a grinding noise. We came back out and discovered that the gears in the motor had stripped. We replaced them as you requested. Unfortunately, you refused to pay for both the part and our labor!

We had our doors tuned-up and replaced the 25 year old rollers replaced with their ultra-quiet, sealed rollers. What a difference. Smooth operation and it is actually ultra-quiet. Service tech was on time, courteous and worked quickly. Definitely recommend!

I give you four because five is for me! He,he, now seriously, Paul Haney was excellent and so easy to talk to! I say this because other service persons have an attitude that even if they are not disrespectful, they are not costumer friendly. The service was great and done very professional. The down side is that the opener needs a replacement part and have to wait for it . Will recommend to anyone!

Found through AAA and got a tuneup/roller replacement on my overhead door. The tech, Paul, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to answer my questions and explain some basic information to me. Would recommend to anyone looking to tuneup, a repair or replace an old door. Great service!

I called at 11:00AM. There was a very pleasant repairman here at 12:45 PM and he had the door repaired by 2:00 PM. This was more than a simple repair that the repairman had to do with his truck at the bottom of an icy, hilly driveway. This was a definite 5+ star experience.

Garage door spring broke at 2:00 am on Saturday morning. Called Precision the next morning (Saturday) around 9:30 am. Representative on the phone was very polite. She scheduled a service call for 3:00 pm that same afternoon. The service tech Joe arrived on time (even a little early). He was very professional and courteous. I ended up replacing the 2 springs on the door. Joe did a great job and completed everything very quickly and professionally. The door works like a charm. Thanks very much. Will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs. Rating all the way around = 5

Very knowledgeable technician. The price quoted was a bit higher than I expected but this is the first time I get a quote regarding garage doors so this might be a reasonable price. I will obtain a few other quotes and compare. Overall, I was satisfied with the technician, his knowledge and explanation. Very professional. Thank you.
