We had a garage door cable snap, creating a hazard. The Precision tech showed up on time and had everything with him to complete the repair on the spot. Our tech, Orlando, was very polite and explained everything he did. He made sure I was happy with the repair before departing. A very pleasant experience all the way, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I'm glad to recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door repair work.

Called Precision Door when our garage door opener needed to be repaired. Appointment scheduling was easy. The repair person arrived on time, was polite and professional, and very quickly assessed the problem then clearly explained the options. Our opener needed to be replaced, he had everything with him to complete the job, and the process to do so was efficient and trouble free. Very pleased with both the service and the product installed. Would definitely use Precision Door again if trouble brews.

Brian Fisher came within 2 hours of my call today, and arrived early to fix the garage door. He was very friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, checked both doors, and completed the job within 1 hour! and, he answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. I give you guys 5 stars. Your technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me my options, and did a great job replacing my broken opener. He even cleaned up the place by taking my old opener and all the packing materials (from the new opener) with him when he was done. He showed me how to work the opener and explained what was (and was not) covered by the warranty. Great job. I was 100% satisfied.

We were pleased and impressed with the service provided by Ron Lecours. He called us to say he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He was very articulate and helpful, explaining the benefits and differences between an AC and DC motor system. We selected the DC system because it is the most quiet. Ron Lecours was professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the installation. He patiently answered all of our questions, and covered all of the financial details. I would rate his performance as outstanding, i.e. 5 stars.

Paul was GREAT! I am not sure anyone else would have taken on this job. We have very low ceilings and a center beam. When Paul saw the job he was ecstatic to have the opportunity to problem solve and "make it work." We have to be honest - we were worried it couldn't be done. We were so lucky to have Paul as our service man. He was a delight to have around as he was visibly excited with the challenge. To anyone with a "wacky" garage or a project they are unsure of we HIGHLY recommend Paul...Not only does he do an amazing job, he truly LOVES doing it. We had an amazing experience.

When my tech came out to visit , he was professional, knowledgeable and examined the whole problem and assured me that it could be fixed, what he would do and how to do it. I couldn't be more happier than I am with his labor, knowledge and professionalism. He not only fixed the door but was neat, clean and answered any questions I had and assured me that if something is wrong, to call back and he would fix it. First off, Precision's website caught my eye. I read several reviews & decided to give them a try. The technician, Brian, showed up on time, was able to diagnose my problem right away (a broken spring) and then immediately got to work. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was friendly. He also installed a remote keypad outside replacing the hardwired one which had been broken for years. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Brian and would definately recommend Precision Door Service.

When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. Very pleased with service and the door is working great! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service! Very pleased!

EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED WITH TODAY'S REPAIR (THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL) BECAUSE PAUL WAS ABLE TO ADJUST THE MECHANISM QUICKLY, FIXING THE PROBLEM, AND DID NOT CHARGE US. GREAT SERVICE AND INTEGRITY IS HARD TO BEAT!
