First off, Precision's website caught my eye. I read several reviews & decided to give them a try. The technician, Brian, showed up on time, was able to diagnose my problem right away (a broken spring) and then immediately got to work. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was friendly. He also installed a remote keypad outside replacing the hardwired one which had been broken for years. I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Brian and would definately recommend Precision Door Service.

When I called the company the girl on phone was pleasant and helpful, she told me they could have a technician come to fix my garage door that was stuck in the open position in 2 hours but he actually came an hour earlier which was great! Brian the technician was very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the door within a half hour ! He knew within minutes what was wrong with door and made adjustments to the door opener mechanism. EVERY TIME YOU HAVE COME TO MAKE A REPAIR, IT HAS BEEN DONE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY. Everything about this organization is A+. From their web site to their chat room and on to their service professional, i have never been more satisfied. Anyone using any other garage door service is making a huge mistake. I called at 8 in the morning and by 11:45 the job was done The specialist, Paul Haney is a gem. He diagnosed the problem immediately, had all needed supplies in his truck and completed the work in 45 minutes. The door has never worked as well as it does now. 5 stars is inadequate for this organization!

When shopping around make sure you completely understand what the company is pitching and understand their warranty. Like most things you can good cheap no frills doors (that will last a few years) or you can buy quality doors/parts which come with a lifetime product warranty and 5-years on labor. Companies that provide the later will be more expensive, but will also provide good customer service and will be around later to honor its warranty.

Very pleased with your service. You installed two new garage doors with openers about 18 months ago. Yesterday the cable came out of the spool. Brian, your service tech, came over today and fixed the problem. He was very professional and did a great job on this warranty service. Thanks for the great and timely customer service! Your technicians were very professional. However, for a "Garage Door" company it took you 9 days to get a repair part from Lift Master, a firm that you do business with. That is too much time for such a repair. And your repair cost on a 6 year old opener seemed overly expensive. I am not sure if was worth repairing. Though in the end, the job seems to have been done right.

We are sorry you didn't have the experience we wanted you to! Our records show that within 5 days we came back to your home to replace a special order circuit board. Which you ordered on the initial visit. Two months later you called with a different issue... your opener was working but making a grinding noise. We came back out and discovered that the gears in the motor had stripped. We replaced them as you requested. Unfortunately, you refused to pay for both the part and our labor!

We had our doors tuned-up and replaced the 25 year old rollers replaced with their ultra-quiet, sealed rollers. What a difference. Smooth operation and it is actually ultra-quiet. Service tech was on time, courteous and worked quickly. Definitely recommend!
