This was the second visit by Precision Door to repair my garage doors, the first being on July 8, 2021. The repairs made on the fist visit were inadequate and as a result this visit, July 28th, was scheduled and the repairs made were more comprehensive. The doors are now working very well and I am pleased with the work performed on the 28th. The young man who did the work was very courteous and helpful.

He clearly explained his findings and emphasized that I continue with my current regular maintenance steps. Ed Dombrowski completed our repair. Was here right on time, did a complete review of what was needed for repair and presented options with specific information around the pros and cons of each option.
