Originally called Overhead Doors, but my daughter went on line and saw that your company had a better rating,soI called you.Person who answered the phone gave me an appointment within 48 hours.Service man called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes and he was. Service man was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He had the equipment on his truck and fixed the problem and fixed some other maintenance issues we had. I would highly recommend your company to others.

While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. We are very happy with the door and our dealings with Precision.

Ed Dombrowsky did a fine job repairing my garage door. He arrived in less than 15 minutes after my call for help. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The repair was done in less than an hour, so I was able to attend my 2nd meeting of the day. Unfortunately, I was taken aback at the cost! Also, the revelation that the last repairman (by another company) had installed the wrong parts which may have contributed to the damage in such a short time (14 months) was very unnerving.

I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.

We were very happy with the immediate response to our request for a service call. Ed came out the following morning at 7 AM, and by 815 our garage door was once again functioning fully. Ed was great. He was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him. As for the company, I was not quoted an accurate price, but since every call is recorded, Ed was able to listen to my call and validate my recollection. I was quoted a service call fee of $110. And to do a “tune & lube,” they quoted me a fee of $49.95, for a minimum total of $159.95. When Ed came he showed me that their tune and lube service is actually $59.95. He then said the company applies an additional labor charge of $88/hour. They charge a minimum of one hour even if it’s a 15 minute service call to do the tune and lube, which I wasn’t informed of when I scheduled the service call. The initial sticker shock of $257.95 (when I expected $159.95) was addressed by adjusting the labor charge after Ed listened to my service call quote, which I appreciated.
