I was thoroughly pleased with the service we received from Precision. The technician assigned (Ed Dombrowski) gave us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know that he was en-route. He arrived on time and was both friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Not only was the job done to our complete satisfaction, Ed also took the time to explain what and why he was doing and also answered any questions that came up. We then concluded by discussing future possibilities for when we may upgrade/replace our door system. In closing, we highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Called on Tuesday and my tech was here on Thursday. I received a heads up call with in the hour of him arriving which was great. We discussed our options to fix the broken garage door motor or replace the unit and after deciding on what to do, the work was done with in 45 minutes. Love the new wifi option. Will probably update the other 2 garage bays sooner than later. Very happy.

Quick service and honest feedback. Inspector said the safety feature wasn't working but didn't realize this was an older model without the laser. Ron was honest and confirmed the safety settings worked as required, moving back up upon any resistance. He tuned it up and we are ready to go! Now it's much quieter and I can breathe easy that it's safe for the neighborhood kids.
