Ron Lecours was the installer that came to install a door & door opener he was very prompt when he got to my home with the door he noticed that trim was white around the door I had ordered a green trim after reviewing his recommendation that it should be white I agreed and white was installed. after the door and opener were installed and tested I was very happy with the final outcome. Following a call and meeting with a sales person, we determined that is was appropriate to repair not replace our garage doors. The service technician was superb, clean and efficient. He answered all questions and was very helpful in helping us reprogramming our garage doors.

I did not have any company to compare pricing since from the outset I was so satisfied with the response time and care taken by field reps. As luck would have it, when we chose to buy there was a special promotion going on that permitted a bump-up in design. I really like that the price submitted included everything, i.e. doors, hardware, etc, everything including tax. The installers were excellent. Very friendly; called to let me know their arrival; willing to share information should I have any questions; gave information about the doors and warranty without my asking; finished the job, cleaned the doors, picked up any trash remaining from the install and removed all materials from the doors and hardware that was replaced. I would highly recommend this company. I like doing business with a company that does what they say they are going to do> Shop around for pricing if you care to knowing that though estimates are stated as free they are free only if you choose to buy, I am not sure how Precision compares but I can tell you they are professional and back their work.

Quick service and honest feedback. Inspector said the safety feature wasn't working but didn't realize this was an older model without the laser. Ron was honest and confirmed the safety settings worked as required, moving back up upon any resistance. He tuned it up and we are ready to go! Now it's much quieter and I can breathe easy that it's safe for the neighborhood kids.

Technician was prompt (actually called and came early), knowledgeable and was very frank about the condition of our existing opener. Called on Tuesday and my tech was here on Thursday. I received a heads up call with in the hour of him arriving which was great. We discussed our options to fix the broken garage door motor or replace the unit and after deciding on what to do, the work was done with in 45 minutes. Love the new wifi option. Will probably update the other 2 garage bays sooner than later. Very happy.
