I love my new doors. Ray was excellent. He spent 10 minutes cleaning the doors after he installed them. I expected to have nice looking doors, but this went beyond my expectations. After he was finished with everthing he spent time reviewing how the door worked and how to maintain it and made sure that I understood everything before he left. I would reccommend your company and Ray to anybody who needs a new door.

Thanks for fixing my door. It works well and is as quiet as new. I was surprised at the expense, but the 7 year warranty is what sold me. If you guys stand behind the warranty I will feel it was money well spent.

Rick, I promise we will stand behind our warranty. We've been in business for 15 years and have serviced over 10,000 customers in Western Massachusetts. Our reputation speaks for itself. We provide the best parts we can find. These parts cost a lot of money; but we feel they are worth it. That's why we give a 7 year warranty when our competitors give a 90 day or maximum 1 year warranty on repairs.

Your technician was a little late and seemed to be in a hurry. He complained that he had something going on tonight and wanted to get home. He may have known a lot about garage doors, but certainly didn't want to spend the time to talk to me about them. The lady at your office (Candy I believe) wasn't in much a better mood. I hope I caught these people on a bad day. The door does work now and is pretty quiet -- as the tech promised it would be.
