Hello, I chose your company purely by your web site. I loved that you put all of the pictures of the technicians in along with their reviews. Such a great idea today when people are a bit afraid to have strangers come to the house! Let me say that technician Ron Lecours was outstanding. He gave my husband and I all the options of repair immediately. He clearly had knowledge of our particular door and we were VERY comfortable that the door would be fixed well. And it sure was!!!! I will recommend you to all of our neighbors whose overhead doors are about the same age as ours!!

Found through AAA and got a tuneup/roller replacement on my overhead door. The tech, Paul, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The technician showed up exactly on time, did the tune-up and replaced the rollers on our doors. He noticed that the previous installers (from a different company) put cheap pulleys and was able to replace them with solid cast iron pulleys. My garage doors have not been this quiet in the 22 years I have lived in my house. THANKS!

My appointment was between 11am and 1 pm on a Saturday, I got a call from the service man around 10;15 am saying he was running early. I was aghast, who ever heard of a service call running on time, let alone early. Unfortunately, I was at work and wouldn't be home until 11:10. When I got there your service tech was waiting for me. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and I gladly took his advice on what had to be done. I spent a liitle more than I had expected to, but it was money well spent. It's like I have a new garage door. I sometimes just open it to hear how quiet and secure the door sounds.

Your technical representative, Paul Haney, is an outstanding representative of your company and impressed us most with his professionalism, knowledge and recognition of the uniqueness of our antiquated 36 year old garage door belt system. Although we had inadvertently tripped the reset button, Mr. Haney lubricated and tweaked our motor apparatus and advised that we were near the end of its useful life. We appreciated his professionalism, his candor and his willingness to explain exactly what our options were. He practically gave us a tutorial as he educated us about the pros and cons of the system we presently have. Had trouble opening/closing door. Was drawn to Precision Door after using Google and being impressed with the website and reviews. Called on a Friday and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful Customer Service Rep. She set me up for an appointment the following Monday which was fine. This was followed up by a very informative e-mail confirming my appointment. Got a call Monday morning from my Service Tech, Paul Haney, letting me know his arrival time. He was right on time, very pleasant and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the problems I was having and he diagnosed and came up with what he though was the best solution. I felt very comfortable with his abilities and experience. He quoted a price and was done with the job within the hour. Very happy with the results and will not hesitate to use Precision Door again. My only concern was that I though it was a little more pricy then I had in my mind, but I didn't price shop with any other company, so I really don't know, but I am very happy with the experience that I had. Purchased rollers, springs, pulleys, and cable. Had the opener adjusted properly for my garage and now the door works like brand new. Thanks Paul.

Brian Fisher arrived early, diagnosed our door problem, explained what needed to be done, and completed the repair in less than an hour. Having had Precision repair our other garage door a few years ago, we were confident in receiving good service. Precision offers cast iron rollers (the best in the business), and we have found that they work very well: smooth, quiet door operation and durable.
