Precision representative Alex arrived at my home to determine if my garage door opener could be fixed. Not only could it not be fixed, because of the age of the opener, which I suspected, but I also needed a new garage door, which I also knew, but had been in total denial about it for quite some time. At any rate, Alex gave me an estimate, I wrote a check for the deposit and exactly a week later, Ray came to my house and installed my new garage door and opener. He arrived at my home at 9:05 and was gone by noon time. He clearly explained how to operate the door and opener with all the extra features. He hauled away everything that was dismantled and made sure I was satisfied with the completed work. I found both Alex and Ray to be very professional and knowledgeable with excellent interpersonal skills. All my questions were answered clearly and to my satisfaction. I purchased a garage door opener with two remotes and an outside key pad. My door is insulated (no more cold downstairs entrance way) and air tight. I can barely hear the door going up or down. I did not even think that was possible, since my old door sounded like a freight train. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. I have always been taught, "you get what you pay for" and in this case, I did. It was worth every penny!

Paul was great, let me know when to expect him and showed up at that time and performed the maintenance I needed quickly so I could complete the sell of my house. My only complaint is not with Paul but with paying twice the normal retail price for a remote control, then of course finding my lost one the next day. All sales are final.

Garage door opener unit died of old age. Contacted Precision, was offered immediate service and was given a appointment at my convenience (a 2 hour window). Tech (Alex Delgado) arrived within the window - even called ahead - and after the diagnosis, returned and completed the job is less than 2 hours. Not only installed new unit but also worn accessory parts at a very competitive price. All-in-all, a job well done to my complete satisfaction.

Hello, I chose your company purely by your web site. I loved that you put all of the pictures of the technicians in along with their reviews. Such a great idea today when people are a bit afraid to have strangers come to the house! Let me say that technician Ron Lecours was outstanding. He gave my husband and I all the options of repair immediately. He clearly had knowledge of our particular door and we were VERY comfortable that the door would be fixed well. And it sure was!!!! I will recommend you to all of our neighbors whose overhead doors are about the same age as ours!!

The technician showed up exactly on time, did the tune-up and replaced the rollers on our doors. He noticed that the previous installers (from a different company) put cheap pulleys and was able to replace them with solid cast iron pulleys. My appointment was between 11am and 1 pm on a Saturday, I got a call from the service man around 10;15 am saying he was running early. I was aghast, who ever heard of a service call running on time, let alone early. Unfortunately, I was at work and wouldn't be home until 11:10. When I got there your service tech was waiting for me. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise and I gladly took his advice on what had to be done. I spent a liitle more than I had expected to, but it was money well spent. It's like I have a new garage door. I sometimes just open it to hear how quiet and secure the door sounds.

Your technical representative, Paul Haney, is an outstanding representative of your company and impressed us most with his professionalism, knowledge and recognition of the uniqueness of our antiquated 36 year old garage door belt system. Although we had inadvertently tripped the reset button, Mr. Haney lubricated and tweaked our motor apparatus and advised that we were near the end of its useful life. We appreciated his professionalism, his candor and his willingness to explain exactly what our options were. He practically gave us a tutorial as he educated us about the pros and cons of the system we presently have.
