Overall the service was wonderful. Ron was quite knowledgeable and friendly and performed the task at hand in a remarkably quick fashion. While a bit expensive I am hoping the longevity of the product replacement and repair work will be well worth the price. Would not hesitate to use your company again. Certified techs., fully insured, number of techs. and the ability to get a relatively quick appointment were all pluses. In reference to the appointment it was a pleasure to receive a call from Ron indicating he was running a little late and gave me a time he would arrive and met that time. Overall,at this point in time , I would rate the service as a 4.5 and would not hesitate to call again or make a referral.

We had Overhead doors and openers for 35 years, but when they failed we called your company and a sales person came to our house the next day and presented us with a package we couldn't refuse. Brian Fisher did the installation and provided excellent service when we had a recent problem. We are thoroughly pleased with the product and service provided. We have had several neighbors inquire about your products and recently had someone from across town come to our house and inquire about our garage doors. Couldn't be more pleased!!!

Being without an operating garage door is a hassle so getting it fixed right away was important. I made an appointment with Precision for a day later in the week. Then, much to my delight, they called and said they had a cancellation and would I like to have my door fixed today?! Ron showed up even earlier than expected and had the door running smoothly in a very short time. Why call anyone else?

Service technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The estimate was not very well communicated over the phone before the technician came to the house. Also person on the phone did not make us aware that there was a discount for cash payment.

I apologize if you felt the we didn't communicated well on the phone. It is impossible for somebody to diagnosis your garage door issue over the phone. Our customer service staff is the best trained and many have over 10 years of experience, but they can only listen to your description of the problem and then give you ideas of what to look for. That's why they are really explaining our process that the technician will go through when at your house. This way you will feel confident that we've really taken the time to properly assess your door and give you options designed to fix the door to the level you want.

Very efficient, very fast, done in about 20 minutes! Thanks for the good service.

Did not see advertising. Called you because you were out in December was hoping that the work in December would have been gaur rented but it was not and had to pay again for the same problem 10 weeks later

Thank you for your comments and business. Our records indicate that the first time we came out to your house you had an issue with your safety eyes -- they were not aligned and as a result the door would not close properly. We also suggested other work as your pulleys were starting to split and was grabbing the cables -- causing the door to not close properly. The second time we came out the door was having issues due to the pulleys. We fixed that issue.

Good friendly service and good advice on keeping my garage doors in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem of the broken spring and the cables wrapping the pulleys was fixed in a very timely manner. I just purchased an old home in West Hartford and have had no less than 8 different contractors doing work on the house. These technicians have been by far the best. They showed up on the correct date and at the time we agreed too. They were fast and efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Ron was very professional! He took the time out to explain what the problem was with the garage door opener. Which was great because I was going to replace the opener. It was nice to have someone come to your home who is honest and not trying to rip you off. When it is time for me to replace my opener I will call back precision garage and ask for Ron to install it!

I was given a time slot of 1-3 for my service request, was disappointed when after I called was told that the service technician would be running late. The service technician did come over sometime after 4 o'clock. Cream on top was that when I asked for some help with the service charge seeing as the experience was poor - I was still charged $50 for a technician essentially telling there was nothing they could do.

Thank you for your comment. I am sorry that we were unable to keep our promised service time frame. Our technicians try their best to keep to their schedule, but some jobs take longer than expected. I am sorry that the office or the technician did not call you to inform you of the delay. Our normal service charge is $79, so we did reduce the rate by $29 (or a 37% reduction).

Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and provided a detailed estimate before the work started. I was very pleased and impressed and will call Precision to install new doors when we're ready.

Ron called to let me know his expected time. He was right on! Very knowledgeable in his work as well as a gentleman. I asked Ron to explain questions I had, his explanations were perfectly understandable and he was happy to tell me as well as show me. I can't say enough about Ron. He may be a Service Technician, but he is more than that. I would not hesitate to call Precision. You need to know that Ron is quite an asset to your company.
