I Couldn't be happier. My experience with Precision Door was excellent. The door you sold and installed is exactly as described. Ray did a great job installing the door (and cleaned the garage better than it was when he arrived). Thanks for fixing my door. It works well and is as quiet as new. I was surprised at the expense, but the 7 year warranty is what sold me. If you guys stand behind the warranty I will feel it was money well spent.
Rick, I promise we will stand behind our warranty. We've been in business for 15 years and have serviced over 10,000 customers in Western Massachusetts. Our reputation speaks for itself. We provide the best parts we can find. These parts cost a lot of money; but we feel they are worth it. That's why we give a 7 year warranty when our competitors give a 90 day or maximum 1 year warranty on repairs.

Your technician was a little late and seemed to be in a hurry. He complained that he had something going on tonight and wanted to get home. He may have known a lot about garage doors, but certainly didn't want to spend the time to talk to me about them. The lady at your office (Candy I believe) wasn't in much a better mood. I hope I caught these people on a bad day. The door does work now and is pretty quiet -- as the tech promised it would be.
I am very sorry to hear that your experience with us did not live up to our customer service standards. I have spoken to Ryan about his attitude and he understands that he can not share is frustrations with customers and should treat all customers the way he'd want to be treated. He apologizes as do I for your experience.

I called Tuesday after 5 p.m. and Ron was at my house Wednesday at 9 a.m.- talk about prompt! Plus, Ron taught me about how the parts of the garage door work so I could understand his repairs. Lastly, he suggested a keypad - something I would not have thought of!
