Originally called Overhead Doors, but my daughter went on line and saw that your company had a better rating,soI called you.Person who answered the phone gave me an appointment within 48 hours.Service man called and said he would be at my house in ten minutes and he was. Service man was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He had the equipment on his truck and fixed the problem and fixed some other maintenance issues we had. I would highly recommend your company to others.

While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. Ed Dombrowsky did a fine job repairing my garage door. He arrived in less than 15 minutes after my call for help. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The repair was done in less than an hour, so I was able to attend my 2nd meeting of the day. Unfortunately, I was taken aback at the cost! Also, the revelation that the last repairman (by another company) had installed the wrong parts which may have contributed to the damage in such a short time (14 months) was very unnerving.
