Josh was on time and corrected my garage door operating problem in a timely manner. He gave me options to decide my best and secondary fixes so I could make a decision. He showed me the new parts and how they would correct the problem and explained the functions of each part. Pleased with visit and repair. Replaced the pulleys and door key lock/opener.

Asked the right questions and went arms deep into the workings of a garage door that was inoperable for the first time since we bought the house 15 years previously. My neighbor had work done on her garage door. I spoke with a technician and set up an appointment for an estimate. The technician, Josh Vogel went above and beyond what I expected. He was very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable so I booked an appointment and got an estimate. I called and spoke with Glenn, who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He informed me of a discount that I was eligible for. After speaking with him, put a deposit down and I am waiting for my garage door to be installed.

This is the second time I’ve used precision garage door. The first time was for a door opener and I am very satisfied with that. I called them again when my garage door was not operating correctly . The technician,Joshua was polite -checked what was wrong & fixed my door so that it now works smoothly. I would recommend precision garage door to anyone who needed any kind of repair.
