This is the third season that I've used Precision Door Services for maintenance and repairs. I've been very satisfied with the service and the courtesy. Service appointment was very good. The service person (Rich) was excellent. The cost was shocking. Your Co. repaired the exact same issue on my door #1 for half this amount only 6 yrs ago. I’m an owner of 3 doors so this is concerning. After paying this invoice I went and had a EKG and my springs are still ok. Again the team work was excellent. Price ????

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Rich Netto, the Precision Door technician arrived just at 1pm as scheduled (and that is somewhat rare these days for techical service providers!) and was quickly able to make a small repair and install a new device for opening our garage door. He explained what he was doing, so I learned about the process of installation. The device worked perfectly as advertised. All done within 30 min. One garage door just wouldn't shut. Rich came out and quickly assessed the issue, showed us exactly why we were having our issue and then, using high quality parts, replaced our springs, pulleys and rollers. Sure the price is bigger than you may expect but still cheaper than whole new door and maybe car! Thanks Rich!

I called today at 11 AM to Schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in the same day. The technician Rich told me that the two garage doors I had could be repaired instead of replaced. I was surprised when he was able to fix them on the spot instead of having to make another appointment for him to come back. He could have tried to sell me new doors, but instead told me the ones I had could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty and the quick service that he provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage doors. .

We experienced a garage door opener keypad problem this morning. To no avail, we were not able to fix our problem. Therefore, we searched the internet and read great reviews on Precision. We called and were pleasantly surprised to hear a very kind voice that took our call and scheduled our service call today. Imagine that...same day service!!! Rich called ahead to give us his ETA. Precision and Rich Netto were wonderful! The spring on the garage door snapped today, on a busy Saturday afternoon. I called Precision and they set up a same day appointment. Rich called to advise he was on his way and he conducted a thorough review of the door and fully explained what needed to be done today, what should be done soon (there were some rusting cables) and gave price options with no pressure. We agreed on having all the components replaced today and Rich did a great job. He was done in about an hour and he left everything neat and clean and the door works wonderfully. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use and refer friends to Precision should they encounter garage door issues. Thank you Precision and thank you Rich!
