I thought I needed a new garage door opener but Ed checked it out and told me the opener was fine but the parts to the door itself had to be replaced. He was done in an hour and even tuned up the opener for me. Great service! And I got an appointment the same day. Highly recommend.

Everyone from the representative who took our call to explain the problem to the technician who performed the service were very prompt, courteous and professional. We were kept informed diligently as to the appointment timetable up to the arrival of the technician. The technician, Chet Shrader, was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done for the repair. He also pointed out other potential issues that may arise due to wear. We are very pleased with Precision Door Service.

I had a new cable and spring installed on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and I got a next day appt which was great. The technician was ontime and did a great job. The only negative was the price. $500+ seem excessive for the work done.

Yes I was very pleased with the technician Chet Shrader. He was very professional and very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained everything to me as to what is not right with my current garage door. Then after explaining everything to me, he gave me options to consider and without any pressure. When I decided what would be best after he explained everything to me, he got right to work and when finished asked if I had any questions and explained and pointed out everything that he installed. So this leaves a very good impression about your company.

I called Precision Garage Door early in the morning and the repair person stopped by mid morning to review the work needed. The repair man said the entire door springs and pulleys needed replacing. I approved the quoted repairs and the entire job was completed by noon. Now both garage doors work better than new.

Booked a service call on line on a Saturday. Available appointment was for Tuesday between 1 and 3. Received text from company and from Chet, their Senior Technician, at the same time saying that he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. Showed up early, diagnosed several issues. Once he started he was finished in an hour and the door opener work perfectly. Ease of scheduling appointment, excellent communication, sound advice, quick work. Thank you Chet for the great job.

Our garage door opener died about a week ago. My son had Precision Garage Door Service install new garage doors at his home and recommended you. So I signed up online to make an appointment/consultation. I "chatted" with someone online because I had no idea as to the cost of replacing the opener. I was given a "guesstimate". I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we could get an appointment rather quickly. I can't say enough about your representative, Ed, who came for the consult. Today was not a great travel day so we never expected that the replacement could be done! While I will admit the cost was much higher than the online "guesstimate", Ed explained the process and materials - bottom line the finished product is wonderful and quiet. So hopefully we will have many years with this garage opener. Thank you Norm & Diane Zeppa
