I can’t say enough about the service we received from your company, especially your technician, Chet. He was very professional. Knowledgeable, and personable. Our home was going on the market. We had already moved 600 hundred miles away. We received a call from a family member that the spring broke on the garage door and was not working. I googled overhead garage doors and found Precision. I was very impressed with the website and the reviews. One call and a technician, Chet, was there doing garage door repair. We didn’t need to have the whole door replaced! All this was done in a very timely manner with great expertise and skill and arranged by me who was 600 miles away! Thank you so much Precision and especially, Chet! I would highly recommend this company for your garage needs. Oh he also programmed our remotes which were not working! Five stars to Chet and Precision!

Yellow pages- good ad. I give Chet a rating of 5. He basically updated everything except the doors themselves. Chet was polite, knowledgeable and thorough with his initial evaluation and his explanation of what he did and how the new equipment works. Always nice to have someone do work for you when that person takes pride in his work. I am of The opiniom that Precision is a well run business.

Ed was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. He completed the repair in 30 minutes and also tuned up our other garage door. I used precision in 2014 and they were great. I’m thrilled with the consistency of the incredible service from scheduling to completion.

Chet called to let us know exactly when he would arrive (a plus in my book). The garage door situation is beyond repair as we sort of knew. Everything was explained clearly and we now await a replacement door. I appreciated getting the written invoice immediately as well as an emailed invoice very shortly after. I look forward to our garage doors functioning again! Soon...hopefully :)

I recently moved into my new home . Since the garage door system is 30 years old & appears to have much wear & tear. I decided to call on an expert that could advise me as to what options that I would have for the best outcome . After reading several favorable reviews , I consider your company to be one of high standards , as evidenced by great communication , honesty , promptness of the service & of course excellent products . Well I was not disappointed . Your service man Ed certainly reflected all of the attributes that your company aims to be. Ed took the time to educate me of the pros & cons of refurbishing my 30 yr. old garage door system , for which it is on its way out as opposed to replacing the entire system . I felt confident in Ed's many years of experience and explanations that I felt that replacing the entire system was my best choice . I'm planning to have The precision Door co. do the job.
