Today, Chet came to my home to see my broken garage doors. He arrived on time with a call to me before. He was very professional, personable, and helpful. The quote he gave was more than others even with a senior discount, but I feel confident that this company will do a thorough job.

Chet arrived on time as promised. Although I only needed to replace a spring, he convinced me to replace other worn parts also. Yes it was expensive, but considering the quality of the Precision parts which were much better/stronger than those bought at Home Depot, and also considering the 5 year warranty, the cost was well worth it. Chet with 25 years of experience did the job quick and in a very professional manner. He did a 'great' job... thanks Ed

Chet was extremely good and professional. He repaired the door in less than 15 minute. The charges are however very expensive. 245.00 dollars with no parts needed is unreasonable.

Chet Shrader,called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes, arrived to the second. Came to my back door, got my remote, proceeded to replace the bottom door panel. Within 30-40 minutes he was done, at the back door giving back my remote and he was on his way. He was on time, extremely efficient, and very happy he was the tech. you sent out.

The service representative that came to my house, Dominic, was very professional, fixed the issues he was able to address (staying within my current budget) in a very short amount of time, and took time to explain what my longer term issues were and what my options are. I would recommend this company's services to others. Although there is a base service charge just to come to the home to diagnose the issues, we did have the issues corrected, the charges to actually make the repairs were very reasonable and mainly I found the base service charge to be common across all of their garage repair competitors.

Recently I was the “recipient” of a failed garage door spring and cable(on 1 of 2 doors). As luck would have it, it happened on a Saturday. So I “surfed” the web and came upon Precision Door Company. Called and set up an appointment for following Monday. The Tech, Ed Dombrowski, arrived promptly on schedule. He was very friendly and sociable. He immediately assessed the situation and we discussed the work to be done. Based on his recommendation I decided to have the spring and cable replaced on the second door as well. And I was never so glad I did. He wasted no time making the repairs. I appreciated very much Ed’s expertise, recommendations and excellent work ethics. I’ve put Precision Door on “speed dial” on my phone and look forward to calling on them for all my future garage door repairs/replacements, thanks to Ed!

I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. In summary, I recommend Precision Door Service to everyone (5 stars).

Orlando, our installer, was super helpful. He came early and got the door in quickly, and when it was all in place, he explained how everything works, and helped us set the passcode on the outside code box. It's been a while since I had a new garage door installed, and was pleased that this one was ultra-quiet, and even has an app for remote access. I made a good decision to choose Precision for our needs.

I had called another door company who said he would call me the next day and never did. I called Precision and they made the appointment for 3 days later. Unfountionaly we needed a new door. We were told 6 to 8 weeks out for the door to come in and the tech was able to fix it enough to work. The door came in in 5 weeks even with a change order we made. Juan was at the house around 8:00 and was done by noon. Everyone was prompt and professional and very helpful through the whole process. Would recommend the company for any garage door needs.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came out ASAP when my garage door broke with my car inside. They were able to open to door so I could get my car out and then secured it until the new door came. I had called other companies, but they didn't care too much about my situation, only that it would take weeks for someone to come and give me an estimate on a new door. The new door arrived and was installed in one hour! Both service men who came to my home were very profession and courteous. They were wonderful representatives of the company they work for. I would encourage anyone who needs new garage doors or repair of their doors to contact this company. I cannot say enough about them!! Thank you Precision Doors for helping me.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, Chet came out a little earlier than the time stated, with a phone call beforehand and new right away how to fix the issues. My husband found your listing in the yellow pages. I called and made an appointment (the girl that took my info was great). We got an appointment for the next day between 10 am and noon with Jacob. He called to let me know he was on his way and he got here closer to the 10:00 time. Jacob was great. My husband was very satisfied with the work he performed. He replaced the springs on our garage door. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He came in the house afterwards so I could pay him. I was very impressed with him. Great personality and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs any work done or new doors, etc. Thanks so much for a great experience.
