My neighbor had work done on her garage door. I spoke with a technician and set up an appointment for an estimate. The technician, Josh Vogel went above and beyond what I expected. He was very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable so I booked an appointment and got an estimate. I called and spoke with Glenn, who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He informed me of a discount that I was eligible for. After speaking with him, put a deposit down and I am waiting for my garage door to be installed.

Josh arrived at the house punctually at 9AM and immediately began troubleshooting the electrical problem which was causing our garage doors to stop working (turned out to be an odd problem in which a broken refrigerator motor had shut off the circuit which was running the garage doors). That problem was remedied and then he inspected the garage door hardware and determined that we had many damaged and potentially dangerous components (springs, pulleys, rollers etc). I agreed to a replacement of all these critical parts and the work was completed in about 90 minutes. My garage doors are now functioning perfectly for the first time in years. Josh proved to be very friendly, courteous, informative and professional.

Looked on the computer for someone to look at our garage door. We were treated politely when a call requesting service was made. When the technician was on the way, we received a text stating that, along with a picture of the person. The technician was very knowledgeable about his job and politely answered any questions we had, and explained what he had to do and why. I highly recommend for any garage door service needed A happy, satisfied customer! ????

Your service was great. Technician came on time and showed me what was wrong with the door (why it was making a loud bang when opening etc.) and fixed it quickly. I enjoyed his work. He was very friendly.

While it was took a while finding the right phone number to call, when I did make the right connection it went smoothly. The technician Ed came out on time and fixed our door so it would close when ever we pushed the button. It is a great garage door and very quiet. We are very happy with the door and our dealings with Precision.

I personally think I was oversold on the work they did. $700 and half hour later...when all I really needed was a pulley replaced. Oh well. Update from customer 4/22/20: The GM called to explain the detail behind fixes that were required to make my door function "as new" once again. I now better understand why the work cost what it did and am satisfied with the result.

They came the day we called them because our door opener was failing. Chet was the service guy and he was terrific. Explained all the issues and their solutions very thoroughly and understandably. Did a great job in a relatively short period of time. He was a model of what all service people should be. We can very highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service for any door needs. I purchased the Rebuild package for a very reasonable package. The installation, including an excellent orientation took only about 2 hours. My technician, Chet Shrader, was careful, thorough and personable. The equipment is simple to operate and even came with a user manual. In summary, I recommend Precision Door Service to everyone (5 stars).

This was my first experience with Precision and I was very happy with the process. The office-staff answered phones on a holiday and the appointment process/confirmation was painless. Having no prior experience with Precision, I was concerned that I would have to fend off upcharges from their tech on the day of the repair, but thankfully there was none of that. I was very pleased with Jay, who was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and handled my repair professionally and with integrity. I'd recommend Precision (and Jay specifically) in the future.

I am sorry to inform you that the visit of your technician on 12-06 18 and what he did is one of the worst experiences I have had. I have two garages and old openers. They stopped working so I called your company. He opened the mechanically with his hands. He took a quick look at both and told me the openers were worn off and I would need new ones.I asked How much it will cost. He said $650 each. I am 84 years old. I told him that I cannot afford them. He said "let me get them going for now. in spring /summer you can get new ones . I said Okay. I came inside as it was very cold in the garage. I told him to knock on my door when he is finished. Within less than ten minutes he knocked on my door. I came out and said that was quick. He said I have 40 years of experience. The he tells me " I could not get them going. You have to pay my oil and lube charges of $300.00" and started writing the bill. I was totally shocked and told him " you knew from your 40 years of experience that the opener was broken and not workable, then why did you oil and lube them. His sharp response was you called us and you have to pay! In disgust I gave him my credit card number. Then came your email for my response. I believe I am addressing this to the president of your company and I sincerely believe you could not achieve your success on the basis of what I experienced with your technician. What you do with him is your affair. The least I expect from you is to refund the $300 for his doing nothing but deception and aggravation to an 84 year old decent man. My name is Muhammad Ali. Jay was wonderful! I had experienced ongoing issues with my garage door and used another vendor so was not a happy camper! Jay was extremely knowledgeable and diligent in reviewing the situation and diagnosed the problems fairly quickly. He turned my outlook totally around and I truly appreciated his expertise. Josh Vogel was the most professional & courteous, knowledgeable technician I have had the pleasure to have working on our garage doors in the 20yrs of owning our house.
