I really like the professional work that Precision door folks do. My 5 year old door had a major problem, was stuck in down, cable came off one side. A friend was able to move the door in the up position while we waited for our turn for repair ~ couple of weeks. Put up tarps to protect the inside of the garage. The 2 repairmen, Ed and Fran, had the job done in 45 minutes! Garage works even better than before. This is my second Precision door. Great company! JR, Leverett, MA

Very good experience! Prompt scheduling and repair service. The technician, Chet Schrader, was very helpful in explaining the needed repairs and replacement parts for the cables, springs, rollers etc. and took all the time we needed to answer all of our questions about the work and the pricing. Definitely will call Precision first for any garage door service!!

My Overhead Door opener was not working. Hated Overhead Door products and service. Precision repairman arrived as agreed and pronounced it dead. Replacement was pricey but I agreed. Repairman proceeded to do fantastic install and upgrade. He was thorough, inspected the door and made minor adjustments as well. Explained everything perfectly and answered all my questions to the level I wanted and also understood. Great experience overall.

Your professional technician, Ed, was a 5 star for me!!!. He arrived on time, reviewed the situation, listened to me, and then provided solutions available. I felt very comfortable engaging in the conversation. Ed was very knowledgeable with the issues and solution to resolve. He was very patient with all my questions.... because I need to know what is going on. Items purchased were new garage opener, wall mount,external keypad.

Chet came and as I was explaining the problem, the garage door closed on its own. That was the problem opening and closing on its own. He recommended new opener and I was all for that. I also got the hardware package, might as well get it all done and done. Chet got it done fairly quickly and explained it all to me. I was very happy with the results and the professional installation. No more ghosts:>) The really amazing thing is how quiet the operation is with the belt opener and new rollers.

Just moved into a condo and a couple of days later garage door did not work. I made a call to Precision and they made appointment promptly. Chet S came out and explained the problem and helped me make the right decision. I replaced hardware to the door and got a new garage door opener. This is the quietest garage door ever and it has wifi in case the power goes out which has happened in the past. Highly recommendd him!

Doors were even better than anticipated (very high-end look) and Precision Door was very easy to work with. I made changes after the order was placed and they were very accommodating. The installer was very efficient, professional, meticulous and fast. They installed the doors and openers within the stated timeframe. Couldn't ask for anything more. It changes the entire appearance of our property. Well worth it!.

I decided to call on an expert that could advise me as to what options that I would have for the best outcome . After reading several favorable reviews , I consider your company to be one of high standards , as evidenced by great communication , honesty , promptness of the service & of course excellent products . Well I was not disappointed . Your service man Ed certainly reflected all of the attributes that your company aims to be. Ed took the time to educate me of the pros & cons of refurbishing my 30 yr. old garage door system , for which it is on its way out as opposed to replacing the entire system . I felt confident in Ed's many years of experience and explanations that I felt that replacing the entire system was my best choice . I'm planning to have The precision Door co. do the job.

As a sole caretaker of a disabled husband, there is a lot I don’t know. Ed came to repair a garage door that wouldn’t operate. I stayed with him while he fixed the door and he gave me an education on how everything worked. He also installed an outdoor keypad that would open all 3 doors with different combinations (awesome). I had to move a car so he could program the third bay but the fob wouldn’t work. Of course he helped me with that as well. Excellent service, options explained, and I would trust this employee more than than any I have dealt with. Thank you PDS and Ed!
