Precision offered almost immediate appointments. The technician Chet was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He also educated us about the door we have and how it was installed and recommended improvements. I wish we had bought the system from Precision in 2017! Chet was patient and gave us detailed information in response to our questions. When I made the appointment I noticed Chet had many good reviews and requested him and I’m glad I did. In the future we will be calling Precision for our garage door needs.

This companies website states that they do panel replacements. This is far from the truth when I was quoted 4600 or 7600 depending on the doors chosen for replacement. I only have one door with damage and am forced to replace both. If you have money to burn by all means use this company if not find another reputable garage door company.

The company has a fantastic way to schedule appointments, even in the evening and on weekend for an upcoming weekday. We were able to request and have Chet, the technician who is done installation on our doors, be the person to take a look at our problem. As before, he was very efficient and helpful, explaining all the details to us. He has extensive knowledge with the openers for our unusual vertical lift heavy wood barn doors. Access to his abilities one of the many reasons to use this company. I strongly recommend this company, we have used them for several years.

All aspects of the service were fine. We ended up ordering replacement doors in lieu of repairing our old wore out doors and lift systems.
