The company responded promptly to a broken tension spring! Chet came and after assessment provided reasonable quotes and an assessment of both our garage door mechanisms due to age, they definitely needed upgrades. I contacted Precision door services at the worst possible time, in the middle of the pandemic. They were honest about timing and installation of garage doors was done at the scheduled time. When a minor issue arose months later, they fixed it up promptly at no charge. Technician Chet Shrader was professional, prompt, honestly laid out all the options, and performed impeccable service.

Hi Had a very unpleasant experience today with your company. Both on line and over the phone I was quoted $120 for a Tune up of my garage doors not a service charge for showing up at my door. When tech told me there was another charge to perform any work I was flabbergasted. You should show your charges up front and not be underhanded. So i payed $120 just to have some silicone sprayed on my tracks ROBBERY. Also he tried to get me to commit to almost 2k in repairs U kidding me. Because I am old does not mean I am stupid. Needless to say would not recommend your company to anyone

Our installer Chet did an excellent job. Very professional and easy to talk to. We had 2 new belt driven openers installed with the torsion springs. Essentially, we had everything replaced but the doors and the steel rails. The openers are whisper quiet! And the 360 led lighting is bright! There are way too many features to mention but luv them all. Chet did an excellent job right down to the wiring stapling. Best part he came out to give us an estimate and stayed and did the complete job without leaving! I would highly recommend Precision and ask for Chet!

Gentlemen, I choose the Overhead Door Company because I had used the Company previously; and they provided Excellent service. On Saturday, April 16, 2022, Mr. Chet Shrader, was the technician assigned to perform the assessments necessary to make the repairs to my garage door. Also, Mr. Shrader was friendly, professional and provided the assessments/resolutions to repair the garage door. When the repairs were completed, Mr. Shrader detailed the repairs made; and insured the garage door was operational and functional prior to leaving.
