Precision offered almost immediate appointments. The technician Chet was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. He also educated us about the door we have and how it was installed and recommended improvements. I wish we had bought the system from Precision in 2017! Chet was patient and gave us detailed information in response to our questions. When I made the appointment I noticed Chet had many good reviews and requested him and I’m glad I did. In the future we will be calling Precision for our garage door needs.

My experience with Precision Door was top-notch. Ed was on time (actually a bit early!) for the appointment. He was courteous, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. After some discussion on what he was going to do, he went right to work and finished repairing both of my garage doors in less than an hour. Now, both doors are operating quieter now than when we first moved in 20 years ago. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend Precision Door. Regarding advertising, the impression that you are a local company, with experienced people help sway my decision. My experience with Ed reinforced that I had made a good decision.
