My garage door opener was chirping indicating I needed a new battery. The tech came change the battery and was there all of about 10 minutes. The charge was $323 which I consider outrageous. Additionally, I was told I would have a receipt email to me and I have yet to receive that receipt in order to see a breakdown of those ridiculous costs. I am dumbfounded that precision door wants me to write a review and doesn’t realize that they totally ripped me off.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry we left you feeling frustrated — that is never our goal. The total charge included the service visit, labor, and the replacement battery. While the battery replacement itself may only take a short time, the price also reflects sending a trained technician to the home, diagnosing the issue, providing the correct part, and completing the service. Regarding the receipt, our system automatically emails receipts after service is completed. I’m sorry you haven’t seen it yet. Please check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered there. We’d also be happy to resend it and review the breakdown with you directly. We never want a customer to feel taken advantage of, and we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Joshua called and said he was in the area and could he come to my place earlier in the day than expected. He was polite and worked on my broken garage door for some time. The door was dented and off the track and stuck at the top of the garage. Josh bent and adjusted and fixed the door so it is back up and running. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service!!

Outstanding warranty service by Overhead Door and their technician Ray. I could not be more impressed with how professional Ray is and how much he cared about ensuring my garage door was repaired correctly. Ray took the time to explain the repairs to me and even provided me with tips on how to maintain thr door. Ray was beyond pleasant and was really efficient quickly fixing several items in about an hour. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone, solid company that stands by their warranty with exceptional service.

Precision has been kind and wonderful since the very beginning. From setting up the initial estimate, to installing the garage door and everything in between. I called a few times to ask questions about my account and certain space requirements for the process, and everyone was so nice and helpful. Jim installed our garage door by himself! He was very good, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them for your next garage door!

Same day service, easy to book the appointment online. Gerry the technician who came to my house was great! Unfortunately the door could not be repaired so will have new door installed. Pricing was reasonable.
